This is my second time staying at this property. It is my halfway point getting to my son's house in Florida. The first time was fine. This time I was with my parents. When we got up in the morning our shower didn't work. We got water out of the faucet but nothing out of the shower....when I voiced my comment to the front desk staff I got nowhere. The young man said the manager would be calling me, but no one did. So, 3 people left with no shower....not a huge deal, an inconvenience sure, but I felt someone should have gotten back to me in the name of good customer service. I know in my line of work, that is a must.

I would like to give special recognition to your desk staff.
When we arrived that evening, the only rooms left when we inquired were smoking rooms. We were given the opportunity to check the room out before booking. We were too tired to go any farther and took the room. It did smell like smoke and that's the reason we only gave the room an average rating.
The next morning when we checked out, I inadvertently left my back pack in the breakfast room and didn't even notice it until we received a phone call from the hotel front deck informing us. Fortunately, we were only about 30 miles down the road and could turn around and retrieve my back pack. We were so impressed that the personnel at the front desk figured out it was ours by finding our folio with all our cards in it. They found our priority club card, looked up our information, and called us. We are very thankful for your caring and capable staff.

All in all a very good hotel.
The only negative is the extremely loud bathroom exhaust fan. When this fan is running it makes enough noise that ear protection should be required.

Friendly staff and great location to restaurants, but the rooms were small for a Holiday Express and the breakfast was well below par.

We had a pleasant stay in this friendly new hotel. Bowling Green is a neat quaint town.

Weekend stay, college town.
Noisy. Visiting team stayed here.
Noise at 3AM, 4AM, 5AM. Finally gave up at 6 and got up.
Road under construction - difficult to get in and out.
