I was traveling with my elderly mother and her dog. The staff was wonderful, the room comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. I left a binder with important information in my room and the staff contacted me within a few hours of checkout to notify me. I received my information thanks to the manager. Our stay was so positive, I have booked a room for our return trip back east.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, got there and they only have rooms with 2 double beds or 1 king with a sleeper sofa, not what I booked online. we had 5 people so we didn't sleep well in the room at all. The front desk person wasn't helpful at all, hallways smelt like stale cigarettes. not a pleasant stay at all

The only room they had was smoking,but they assured me that it would be defumed.. I have a breathing problems and we had to stay out of our room most of the time because it smelled like smoke, we ended up going out and buying room freshner and sprays.

Had a problem with the air conditioning in our room. Within two minutes someone was in our room to try to resolve the issue. When it couldn't be fixed we were moved to another upgraded room. That evening AND the next morning managers checked to be sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you! Very relaxing stay in spite of a minor glitch.

Was able to get a room on walk in basis. Had to spend almost twice as much than my budget allowed but I decided to stay any way because of club membership. Nice Hotel very pretty and I think not very old. Employees at the desk were really not very excited to rent me a room or very happy by the way they acted.
Over all I had a good night there.

Our family stayed here for WKU graduation weekend. The staff and accommodations were superb. We rented the meeting room for a post-graduation reception and it worked out great! Would highly recommend this location.

I stay here every time I visit the National Corvette Museum. I have stayed in closer hotels but they are light years behind in quality and value for the money. The entire staff here is super friendly and as acomodating as they can be. I could not ask for a better experience and will definitely stay here in the future.

Just like being at home. Outstanding attention paid to each and every customer. So familiar with them, they are our family away from home in Kentucky. Would recommend to any one. Service and satisfaction far exceeds any standard expectation. Will visit again when in Bowling Green.

Slept well, enjoyed breakfast will stay again. We make frequent trips down south and schedule Bowling Green on our trip back home to make driving on our last day home shorter.

I have learned that if you rate a hotel the worst ever in 20 years of being a Priority Club member, they will night post it here! So never mind how I scored it.
First, this hotel is the worst to get in and out of its entrance way. very dangerous.
I found that out when the front desk would not let me check in early and then called me a few minutes later back to the hotel and let me in. I then complained, then I was told that I had to put a "incidental hold" on my credit card or they would not give me the room. I was paying for the room with reward free night and they have my credit card and profile on record for twenty years. I then complained about that and not being recognized as a priority club member, I was then given a room on the first floor in the pet section. They actually scratched off the room assigned on the folder given with the keys and put me there. I love dogs, but I did not have any and I had to listen to other dogs barking the hole time.
Then for breakfast a bunch were complaining openly about what and why the buffet was being set up so late at 7am. The workers were on duty at 6 and wouldn't even put a piece of bread until the clock hit 7
Like I said in the start, Priority Club or the hotel blocked bad comments which is wrong for rating hotels, fair communications free speech in reviews

I was greeted by a very friendly staff, who had everything in order and check in was smooth.
The room was very clean.
Breakfast had a great variety. The staff came to our table and asked if we found everything we were looking for.

Very nice new hotel, friendly staff. We enjoyed our overnight stay in this new Holiday Inn. It's conveniently located near a handfull of nice restarunts and close to the highway. The complimentary breakfast was hot/good and a nice way to quickly eat and get back on the road. We will surely stay again the next time we near Bowling Green.

With a larger family I attempted to book 2 rooms with reward nights. The first reservation went well, but when I tried to duplicate it for the 2nd room, not all of the nights were available. I should have canceled and left it at that. Instead, I worked through both Reservations and Priority Club Customer service to help solve the problem . (This took well over 1 hour). Both parties spoke with the Hotel Manager Nicole and she graciously agreed to open up the missing nights I needed. HOWEVER, after the nearly hour on the phone I was told by Customer Service that the process was complicated and they could not get Nicole to understand how she would be compensated. She then abruptly backed out and I had to book at regular price costing me an additional $230 I was not expecting.
Most importantly, I travel a lot for my job and was looking for some quality time with my wife; kids in one room us in the other. I confirmed with the hotel the morning of arrival that our rooms were assigned and next to each other. However, arriving late at night, I was told that due to some delay in air conditioning maintenance, they gave away one of the rooms to an earlier arrival. Consequently, we spent the entire week with a separate party between our 2 rooms. This meant as parents we had to split up (one parent per room) and we had no time together :o(
So much for recognizing your Platinum Elite Customers.

This appears to be a very new property due to the quality of the furnishings and decor. That was definitely a plus. Front desk service was excellent. Gave very helpful information for several of the restaurants in the area. The location was excellent...right off of 65 and in the middle of any kind of restaurant or shopping need you might have.

Trains right next to the property. Much noisier than a highway!
The "breakfast buffet " was so unappetizing that as a priority gold member, I asked for our money back!
There was absolutely NO recognition of being a priority club member.

On Thursday morning, March 28, 2013, the hostess at breakfast was the BEST! She greeted us and took extra special care with our grandchildren, ages 2 and 4. She brought us a warm washcloth and dry washcloth since Joey was eating pancakes. She gave the children Super Star stickers!
We have stayed in many, many Holiday Inn Express Hotels but we have never been treated with such caring!

Everything was great! The hotel was clean and friendly and has all the needed amenities. HBO was not available for the two nights I stayed. That was being corrected I was told. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express and will be staying there again in May.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn's and am a priority member. However, while the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, I did notice some issues. First, I was not recognized as a priority member. Second, it is hard to exit the hotel. Traffic was horrible in the street running at the front of the hotel. Third, the security bar/latch was missing from the room. Fourth, the air didn't work properly. My wife and I opened the window to cool the room late at night. While I would still recommend the hotel, I would try to fix these issue.

I was on a long trip and had made reservations in advance, but forgot to change the date after staying one more day than planned en-route. The desk clerk "Shirley" could not find my reservations and I pulled up my confirmation email to show her. She said it was for yesterday. she said I would have to call to change it since it was a reward night and was a no show and I had been charged for the points.
While I was on the phone with someone from who knows where who I could not understand, Shirley was able to reverse the charges and set up a new reservation for my two rooms. Yeah for Shirley!!

It was nice having the microwave and refrigerator. The front staff was friendly but we were not recognized as Platinum Priority Club Members and were not given a Priority welcome gift until we asked if there was one. We were able to get an upgrade for our room when we asked.

I would like to recommend that a change be made to the Shampoo and Conditioner and Soap. Whatever product you use now is not good at all. Please look into changing this to some better quality items. Thank you

We stayed here on Jan 2, 2013 and liked it so much we stayed again on our return trip home. The hotel was clean and the linens were exceptional! The overall experience was beyond our expectations. The hotel staff were very accommodating and gave a great Priority Club experience!
