Great service at the front desk. Even though there were two people behind me, the representative was as pleasant as could be. The room was very clean and a good size. Close to restaurants. Thank you! I have stayed in other hotels in the area and this one is hands-down the best. The beds are comfortable and I can always count on a clean room. I would highly recommend this hotel. March 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, great food, but gosh.... Overall experience was good. Was not greeted as a priority club member and I had to ask to be sure they had my number. The problem was at check in, after confirming the request for non smoking room, we get in the room and WHAM...the smell was awful from tobacco smoke! We went back to the front desk and the clerk's attitude was, "No big deal. We just turn on the ionizer machine and everything is fine." Well, NO!! For a cancer survivor and allergies to smoke, it is NOT FINE, and the carpet needs cleaning and the drapes...and so did my hair and coat!! Eventually, we were given another room, but the other room we had reserved got sent to another property as they were overbooked for the night. The food was very, very good. Service was great. Bathroom was large and comfortable. February 24, 2014

I am ready to purchase them! I thought the bathroom would be a full one. But the sink was separate from the shower and toilet area. That was different and a bit inconvenient. But it was ok. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly good Excellent front desk assistance. The first room we were assigned had an overwhelming cleaning solution smell. We asked to be moved and were accommodated right away, and were also told that if the new room didn't work, he would be happy to move us again. We were very weary travellers and appreciated the service with a smile. The second room was smaller, but smell was gone. Beds also seemed smaller than usual. Excellent breakfast attendants. We have a child with allergies and always need help. The two women on duty the morning we were there were great. As for the rest of the property, what little we saw, everything looked clean and fresh. January 3, 2014

The staff were great and sooooooo helpful, especially with suggestions for a great dining experience. We took their advice and we were not disappointed. Always ask the locals for their favorite dining spots (unless you're just crazy about the "chain" restuarants#. Complimentary breakfast was very good #pancakes, bacon, cheese omlets) - really do enjoy that being included. Room a little smaller than expected, but close and convenient to elevator/vending/ice. Only negative for me, bed a little soft, but OVERALL Experience was very good. December 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by On the Fence.... This is my second time staying at this property. It is my halfway point getting to my son's house in Florida. The first time was fine. This time I was with my parents. When we got up in the morning our shower didn't work. We got water out of the faucet but nothing out of the shower....when I voiced my comment to the front desk staff I got nowhere. The young man said the manager would be calling me, but no one did. So, 3 people left with no shower....not a huge deal, an inconvenience sure, but I felt someone should have gotten back to me in the name of good customer service. I know in my line of work, that is a must. December 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service I would like to give special recognition to your desk staff. When we arrived that evening, the only rooms left when we inquired were smoking rooms. We were given the opportunity to check the room out before booking. We were too tired to go any farther and took the room. It did smell like smoke and that's the reason we only gave the room an average rating. The next morning when we checked out, I inadvertently left my back pack in the breakfast room and didn't even notice it until we received a phone call from the hotel front deck informing us. Fortunately, we were only about 30 miles down the road and could turn around and retrieve my back pack. We were so impressed that the personnel at the front desk figured out it was ours by finding our folio with all our cards in it. They found our priority club card, looked up our information, and called us. We are very thankful for your caring and capable staff. November 23, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by disapointed I had to change my dates for the reservation some how the date didn't get moved I call to confirm my new dat of the 5th when I received this email they told me they would still be charged for the 21st and they could have sold that room ? I use Holiday inn when ever I can for work and for this reason I always call the hotel direct in these cases they claim I didn't call ? all my other reservations where all changed car.air,other hotel with out incident I do have other choices in hotels and have used Holiday inn around 30 times this year and had planned on more. I dont know what the deal is but after that many nights you would think they would take care of it. September 26, 2013

I was on second floor and there was a water leak two doors down from mine, it wasn't just a drip, it was running, once the bucket got full that was placed under it that was all I could hear, so at 4:15 am I called the front desk and told them the bucket was running over and the girl stated that her Manager told her not to empty it because she was pregnant and should't lift it, so I took the trash can from my room and replaced it, packed my bags and headed home because I couldn't sleep from the noise. I was planning on using the fitness room and having breakfast before I left but after that I didn't feel like staying, I just wanted to get home to the peace and quite of my bed. With a leak that bad I do not understand why maintenance was not there fixing this, I know it was bound to cause more damage with the bucket running over. I feel like I did not get my moneys worth from this stay. September 25, 2013

Walking directly from the hallway into the bathroom sink area is not my favorite Holiday Inn Express floor plan, but otherwise the room was fine. Nice feature to have both a refrigerator and a microwave. Lots of road construction in front of the hotel which made access a bit of a headache, but that shouldn't be held against the hotel. I only wish that I noted the names of the desk staff and the hotel's meeting room scheduling coordinator so that I could include my appreciation for their assistance and courtesies by personally identifying them. These individuals bent over backwards to accommodate the need for a meeting room on extremely short notice. There was nothing that these individuals would not do to ensure that my needs for a private location to interview witnesses was not met. The room in which I stayed was comfortable and a clean relaxing place to rest and sleep. That said, it was the hotel staff which was so very impressive. You could not walk past a hotel employee that did not greet you with a friendly greeting and a few words to ensure that I was comfortable. Kudos to all of the staff. Would not hesitate a minute to stay at this location again. September 9, 2013
