Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable room Staff was very pleasant every time I spoke with them. Any minor issues I had was immediately taken care. Sleep quality was not what I would like, but that was due to working an off shift. Housekeeping pretty much stayed away from my room until I went to work. Would definitely stay here again. Had to move because the company I am working for gets apartments for contract workers, otherwise I would still be there. July 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved our stay We had the best guest service representative check us in on July 11, 2014! She was genuinely interested in our needs and she did a great job accommodating us. We discussed zoos and please tell her I'm sorry but the Cincinnati zoo is better than the Toledo zoo. The rooms were comfy and cozy and more importantly clean. The breakfast offered was also impressive. We will visit again next year! July 16, 2014

I immediately went down to the front desk. The clerk did move me, but I would have expected at least an upgraded room at this point. July 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable rooms and accommodating staff I am staying in this hotel several weeks a month for the last 18 months and I have not had one single incident where I was disappointed with the service at the desk, in the breakfast area or when making reservations. All the staff members take good care of the customers but there is one who in particular has shown that she is a very outgoing and friendly staff member. Good job Kelly. June 23, 2014
