Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great spot off I-75 Ongoing renovations did not interfere with a most comfortable stay. The staff are helpful in a friendly reception area. There are simple breakfast choices in a clean, modern breakfast nook. The king bed was very comfortable in a spacious, updated room. This would definitely be a place to stay again. February 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Artic Vortex We had to stop because of the severe winter weather. We picked a great place to be standed in with a great staff. Some of them were also stranded but their smiles never diminished and there attitudes were always positive. They professionally handled the worst customers and they were aways congenial to everyone. We are glad this is where we spent our time while waiting for the weather to improve so that we could go home. Our real home as the Bowling Green Holiday Inn was our home for two days. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sad Time But Great Hotel My family had to go to Bowling Green for a funeral, and that was sad, but the hotel experience at the Holiday Inn Express was terrific. The front desk staff could not have been nicer, and the room was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend it. You cannot beat the location either: right off Rt. 75, and across from Meijer's. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accessibility the real key Our stay was excellent and the room very comfortable and clean. Lots of space for Mum's walker. Lots of grab bars in the bathroom and elevated toilet seat - all good. The only issue we had was that we had to walk a long way on the second floor to get to an accessible room with two beds. The staff explained that the conveniently located rooms near the lobby & breakfast area had single king size beds, and we needed two beds. Seems silly to have seniors walk so far. A little tricky to find with only the address. Confusion between East and West of I75 for GPS. All other hotels & restaurants are the other way into town - the signage is a little difficult to see at the end of a long day. However, very helpful staff on the phone to quickly guide us there, thanks! December 14, 2013
