Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overall- nice The overall experience was still good- BUT not as nice as the last time. Unfortunately 1st impressions last. I tried to make my reservation onlinre to 'save up to 20%'. It didn't recognise my email address or Priority Club number so I couldn't do it online. Then I tried to make the reservation by phone, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. So, when I went to check in without a reservsation, I was told that the room that I wanted #king with a couch# wasn't available. When I asked about the 20% discount, the check-in lady said she couldn't do that. In fact she quoted me a room rate that was higher than when I stayed there 2 weeks ago. When I asked why, she answered rather arrogantly, "Rates change every day". March 19, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay in BG This hotel was wonderful. I was glad that it's located on the east side of I-75 and away from the activity around the campus. As a bonus, there is a Meijer store right across the road in case you've forgotten something or just need a snack for the room. The room was very nice and the beds were cozy as can be. Holiday Inn Express is a terrific place to spend your stay in Bowling Green! Quiet, relaxing and close to campus. February 21, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In room jacuzzi I have stayed at your hotel several times. It's close enough but far enough away from home. The last 2times I've been there the in room jacuzzi was broke. The first time they couldn't fix it and moved me the last time they fixed it with an extension cord. I don't get away much, but when I do I want to be pampered and having several breakdowns is unexceptable. There is a place right down the that I've never had a problem with. I've been in management for 25 years and know how important customer service is. I want to take nothing away from the staff, their great. But you need to upgrade the main thence. The Staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and the Lobby is always a pleasant place to have breakfast, a cup of coffee or just sit and watch the morning news. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, great room We had to pull off the road for extremely bad weather and had not intended to stay all night anywhere before our destination. We always look for Holiday Inn because most of them allow pets. We did not have our pet with us, but still stay because of their pet policy. The front desk person was excellent and we got the last room available because of the weather. We were very comfortable. We could hear others when we were in the hall but heard nothing once we were in the room. We would definitely reccommend this hotel to others traveling through the area. January 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Travel for Business I enjoyed most aspects of my stay. The room was clean and pleasant smelling. The bathroom was large enough and expected items like shampoo were available. I was there for three nights. I exercised every evening and was disappointed that there was no weight equipment of any kind available. Even a rack of dumbbells would have been a nice addition -- a weight pulley machine instead of the second treadmill would have been even better. Overall a good stay and a good value. The price for this stay was less than the Holiday Inn French Quarter in Perrysburg - the other place did not include breakfast and the decor is dated compared to this facility. Nice selection of breakfast items, coffee was good and lids provided for a to-go cup. Free wi-fi, good connection. October 13, 2012
