Our most recent visit was a repeat for this location. Our daughter attends BGSU and we have found this hotel to have the best rooms of those we have used.
In addition to clean rooms with quality furniture and mattresses, the staff has always been polite and friendly to deal with.
This will be our first choice for future overnight visits to the Bowling Green, Ohio area.

I found this hotel stay to be a very positive and relaxing. The hotel met all of my expectations. I will revisit this hotel in future travels.

The staff is exceptional, even while hiring new. Always helpful and engaging. Just wish the WiFi and their website worked half as hard. It seems I could write many more reviews if the website didn't announce "temporarily down for maintenance" nearly 75% of the time. If Kelley, Tiffany, Ainslie, and Jeff worked only when the WiFi and website were working, they'd be part time or fired! Thank goodness they go above and beyond every time I stay.

My room was poorly swept - there was stuff of the carpet that remained there even when they cleaned the room.

The greeting at the door was really nice - we were tired and had road troubles and they seemed to go away as we were welcomed into the hotel
It was a brand new hotel and we were the first people staying in the room
That is a nice feeling
We travel a bit and I would recommend any of the IHG
