Very nice motel great staff and breakfast. We will always look for Holiday Inn Express on future trips.

Nice place BUT don't get a room near the elevators. We could hear people as they waited for the elevator, as they got off talking and the ice machine was right there so could hear ice buckets being filled up then one night someone must have held the elevator and we heard the beeping going on and on. The room inside was great just wish we had asked to be moved. We now know!

First we checked into the hotel, we were given a room, when we got in the room someone else's belongings were already in there. We told the front desk and they moved our room. While sitting in there someone else opened our room door. I did not feel very safe leaving my computer and other electronics in our room while away, afraid a stranger would get into our room and take something. The shower was luke warm water at best. I also checked my bank statement where they charge you an additional $20 for movies and such and I was told the charge would be reversed, still haven't seen that yet. The breakfast and services were great though, friendly staff and a good atmosphere after the first mishaps. The facility itself is a nice comforting place.

The Guest Services at this location are excellent and went above and beyond expectations to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was as expected, but could use some consistency. Room cleaning lacked consistancy as well, but was very acceptable. All in all a nice place to stay

Other than the toilet tissue not being replaced (we ran out) and the bathmat not being replaced, this was a very nice property and an acceptable stay.

The hotel lobby was very beautiful and new looking. Nice pool--our kids enjoyed it. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. There was hot water, hot chocolate, tea, and coffee available at other times. Rooms were very updated and clean. Great value for the price.
