Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Would stay here again Friendly staff, spacious room, good location, large breakfast and lobby area - only problem was that during our 3 day stay our room was not cleaned one day. Someone was sent up to change our towels and empty our trash within a few minutes. We would have appreciated a sincere apology and perhaps a small credit to our account - but, oh well. We would definitely stay here again. July 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Could have been better I choose to stay here while using a reward points and when I got there was pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a very nice room. The first impression was only skin deep though. After getting in the room after driving 12 hours we just kept finding mechanical issue after mechanical issue with the room. First off we could turn on the TV's but the volume and channel buttons didn't work so you had to get up to change them. The TV in the one room had been smashed so had a huge halo on the screen. The fridge was loaded with old food stinking up the room when we opened it and finally the crown jewel of the room the jetted tub didn't work at all either. I'm generally easy to please but after a long day this was just over all a pain and not what I have come to expect.. July 18, 2015
