The staff who managed the property during my stay were helpful and provided great service. The breakfast was pretty good. It was raining so we weren't able to utilize the pool. TV had HBO. Since my phone was not working, the manager personally came upstairs and knocked on the door to wake me up.
Everything else though was below average:
During the two nights we were there, the water was shut off 10pm - 5am Wednesday night.. It would have been nice to know that prior to booking, so i could find another hotel. That is a deal breaker, and I wasn't made aware by management until I used the restroom. I stay in a hotel for my comfort not the hotels'. I really did not feel that i received the benefit of staying at the hotel Wednesday night.
The phone next to my bed was not working in room 232.
The pillows were extremely soft and the bed was not comfortable.
The morning after the water shut off, the shower was really weak.
The internet is not one to depend upon for speed.

The desk staff was very polite, helpful, and professional.
We were there when it was a full house the kitchen help was great, food was plentiful, and hot. She was very courtesy and wanting too please. Tim the Maint. man was very responsive AND SHOWED REAL CONCERN FOR THE SMALL PROBLEM WE HAD. fixed IN NO TIME AND WITH A SMILE

All the services were very good. Room was clean, TV was small though. Bathroom was clean and bright. The only minor issue I saw was the hall carpeting. It was dirty/stained. But overall I would say it was good, not great, and not bad.
