Nun habe ich doch schon einige Nächte in Hotels diese Kette hinter mir doch diese war eine der schlimmsten Nächte.
Das Zimmergeruch war schon beim Betreten sofort unangenehm. Es roch richtig feucht und vielleicht leicht schimmlig. Es war eine richtige Feuchtigkeit zur spüren!
Vom Geruch ganz abgesehen. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar " Sold out ".
Dann noch der Türöffner " Karte rein - Grün - Karte raus " und Türgriff nach unten, leider nein die Türklinke machte keinen Millimeter nach unten. Das gleiche Spiel mindestens 5x und auf einmal geht die Tür doch auf. Der gleiche Effekt trat auch bei einer Servicekraft auf aber das interessierte niemanden weiter. Bei jedem betreten trat das Problem erneut auf " also hatte sich niemand darum gekümmert".
Fazit nie wieder dieses Hotel in Bradenton!

I checked my wife into this hotel for three nights. Her room was disgusting. Overly stained carpets, furniture and wallpaper hanging off the walls- along with an infestation of ants. My wife reported this to the hotel staff, and asked to be moved, but was told " I'm sorry, we are fully booked" but was promised this would be taken care of by the time she returns from her days meetings. The room wasn't touched. A second trip to the reception to report the issues and ants. Now people, we're not talking of just a few ants here, it was infested. The maintenance guy returned to the room, with my wife to examine the problem and informed my wife" Oh, big problem and I cant handle this by myself". I should imagine he was referencing pest control! They reported the issue to reception and HEY PRESTO, another room was available, after all. Granted, the second room was better and she checked out the following day, snapping a picture of dirty underwear, laying over a bush in the parking lot. I've stayed in many hotels around the world with this hotel chain, and this wasn't the standard I would expect from such.

The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and pancakes to choose from along with the usual cinnamon rolls, bagels, juice, and coffee. Who could ask for more? The room was clean and everything worked, I would have liked a little softer mattress but that is a matter of taste and you can't please everyone.
