I complained twice until finally the manager took it upon herself to move me! she was the only one at the hotel who seems to want to help. the shuttle driver preached to me non stop and had to listen to right wing radio if you wanted a free ride. The breakfast was horrible! I asked if I could get bacon that was not burned and the staff member told me that it was free and basically take what you can get. I was stuck there for two week for work and was going to book my next travel to Philly under Holiday Inn....not anymore! I will not stay here again! September 14, 2014

Meybel took all the time we needed to ensure that we knew the best train to take around the city. She is an asset to your company and we thank her. August 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hard bed, inconvenient shuttle, very noisy bathroom fan The bed was so hard I had to put pillows under me in order to sleep. The bathroom fan is very noisy, especially if you get up while others are sleeping. The times of the shuttle is ridiculous ending at 6 in the evening on week days and 4 in the afternoon on weekends. The subway station is way too far to walk to the hotel and there are no stores or restaurants in the area to walk to. The staff and breakfast room are very nice but I would choose another hotel next time that offers later shuttle service or was near the subway. August 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel room had mud poop or blood on the walls. Thats all the hotel had because the breakfast was small at best and had no pool Jacuzzi or amenities short of a treadmill in a room. The hotel staff was okay but not friendly. And my gf said the carpeting was sticky and there was liquids on the lamp. Thinking about switching from holiday inn express in the future for company work outings. Staff was ok. Service was okay. Was an ok value I guess if you like sleeping in dirt. August 23, 2014
