Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best HI Express This is an old property and need of updating. Probably time for a new name other than Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are small, especially bathrooms. Missing chairs in room and toilet would not stop running. Staff is not friendly, especially morning clerk at checkout. I would avoid, especially for the price as it is expensive compared to the quality. July 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express in Braintree, MA We stayed at this HIE for 5 days and 4 nights. It was a short drive from the hotel into Boston although traffic could be heavy at times. It is also a short drive to the two closest T stations to take the sub into Boston. Across the highway is a large mall which was easy to get to from the hotel. It was nice to come to a cool comfortable room after spending a hot humid day in downtown Boston. I would stay here again if I should return to Boston. July 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs work to be on par with other hotels Room is okay but don't expect much beyond that. Lids to paper cups didn't match in the room and only some of the outlets in the room worked. The room did have a refrigerator (which was great). The Hotel shuttle was not working (which was the reason I choose this Hotel), It had been out of service for "weeks" and not updated on website. I was not even sure that the night staff was employee for the first night I was there. He was watching TV and never even acknowledged me, a first for all of my travels. In short I way overpaid for this hotel July 16, 2015
