Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bed and Breakfast This hotel as with all the “Kew Green” managed hotels is starting to suffer from a lack of investment and poor maintenance. Portable heaters and broken drinks chillers all add too general atmosphere of slow neglect. The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them, but you feel they are a little apologetic for the little niggles around the building. Would I stay again, yes as it is convenient, could I recommend, not with a happy heart. 4 out 10 February 19, 2015

Our room was very modern and plush looking but the mattress was so incredibly hard sleep was very difficult. So disappointing because the hotel itself was brilliant. February 12, 2015
