Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quick visit Our visit was to relax and a quick get away... the bed was not a comfortable as we would have hoped. The room was outdated and the furniture was old and worn/outdated. Chocolate leather-like chairs would be a great addition to update the room. Fluffy down(down-like) comforters would be excellent. We want a little something special to make our visit special. The swan towel on the bed was a very special touch! December 10, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor, Inadequate staff it starts with the front desk and ends with the front desk. i will not go into detail, but when the front desk staff and the management of the property does not do or handle the reservations correctly on thier end, it makes for a Poor and Deplorable stay. the front desk staff (Bridget not to name names) litterally smirked when she basically pulled 1 of our rooms out from underneath us...she seemed to enjoy it. i think she needs to find another profession, for customer service she doesnt know what that is. Management staff was apologetic to the point it sounded as though they were patronizing...enough said! this property is located in the Ozarks and has plenty of business year round, so i feel that thier staff knows this and can afford to be unprofessional to thier clients. the room for breakfast is just that, a room, they need a larger room or facilitate breakfast differently. get with your foodservice provider for ideas! i will be switching to the other guys after the current promotion, for the current promotion we are in has definately hurt them, for i have had nothing but poor experiences with the IHG properties the past few months...not all of them but more than normal. i travel everyweek and stay with them everyweek, so i know what i have experienced is out of the norm. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by iI do not understand, title? Everything about this facility was excellent, service, staff, comfort and apperance of room and the rest of this facility. The noise level outside the room was excellent. The location in the heart of Branson is a plus. I am a veteran and was treated, by your staff, in a way that Vietnam veterans were never treated in the past THANK YOU! As stated before, I would never stay anywhere else in Branson but this facility. December 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not UPTO Standard Front Desk not friendly never spoke to us as we came and left, Food NOT GOOD, Choices were Poor No Regular Syrup, No Pancake Mix, Ran out of Boiled Eggs. Overall my opinion about this Holiday Inn Express THEY DONT CARE!!! We are just a number to their company. It's a tourist town so people come and go, there was no Real Customer Service there!
