Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room. Poor internet My wife and I booked this room to get some work done on the computer without the distractions of home. It was very difficult and time consuming just to get logged into the internet. Once connected, the internet was extremely slow. My wife was purchasing something we needed in bulk from an internet site, but was kicked off several times and could not get the credit card info put in in time because of the slow internet. I was there to update all of our business rates for 2016, but every page took forever to load and several times the internet lost connection. I finally just went to Panera Bread restaurant and got more work done there in two hours than I was able to get done all day in the hotel room. The room itself was great, as was the staff. I just feel if a hotel is advertised as executive, they should have excellent internet service for those who have to get work done. July 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay was not exceptional We have stayed at this hotel many times and are generally pleased with the service and accommodations. This time was an exception. When we arrived, the front desk clerk, Gene, was working on the computer and ignored us standing there for several seconds. Finally a woman came and asked if she could help us. She appeared busy and was curt with us as we checked in. Gene never did acknowledge us. Then we went to our room and as usual it was very clean and comfortable. Our pleasant stay was interrupted by the noise in the hallway of little girls running and yelling (screaming). A baseball team was staying in the hotel on the same floor as we were. Lots of noise. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast area very friendly and helpful. July 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff too friendly The decor was inviting and above my expectations. The desk staff was friendly but not professional. We were not acknowledged as platinum elite club members. We arrived around 3:30 pm and our room was not ready which was a disappointment. The business center was out of order. Breakfast was fine with the usual items. We would like to try the other Holiday Inn next time. Although not being on the "strip" has its advantages. July 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this Hotel! We could not have had a better experience with our stay at Branson-Green Mountain Drive Holiday Inn Express. Warmly greeted when we arrived. Lobby is inviting and very clean. Our room was quite nice and very, very clean. The beds are as comfortable as the finest hotels we've stayed at around the country. Just have nice things to say about this hotel and would most definitely stay there again. July 15, 2015
