Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed we arrived at the hotel and the lobby looked great. Went up to the room and it initially looked ok. Looked in the shower and it was clean but exposed drywall. The curtain rod was coming away from the wall. The toilet never shut off. About 9pm we smelled a strong odor of cigarrette smoke. We were under the impression this was a non smoking room. We did not eat breakfast because we were sleeping in. Only to be awoken at 8:30 am by housekeeping. I finally answered the door in my pajamas. He looked at me and said he would come back later. At 9:30 he did it again. I had a sick child who not only got sicker because of the cigarette smoke but she needed more sleep. Not happy. I like a nice clean hotel room. This room was not up to my expectations. February 13, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and below Holiday Inn Express Standards I stay in many Holiday Inn Express properties each year, and this might be the worst ever. I used reward points to take the kids to Silver Dollar City, and I would not bathe my children in the tub. It was not just a bad "maid" the day before either. This facility had months of buildup dirt on carpet, tile, etc. Obviously, it needs updated, but I am usually okay as long as it is clean. This needs a major overhaul/renovation and someone to run a better hotel. I will never return for business in the area nor for pleasure again. The Platinum welcome gift is a coupon book I could pick up at Phillips 66. I would have rather had a bottled water. This was a huge disappointment. We visited Branson 6 times this year, and usually stayed in Springfield. I wanted to stay in Branson this time and possible future visits, but will return to the property in Springfield that is up to the quality I expect from Holiday Inn Express. January 3, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One of our go to hotels in Branson We like to stay at this hotel when we are in Branson because it is off of the strip, yet convenient. During previous stays the pool was being remodeled but we were happy to see that it was finished on our last stay there. The rooms are comfortable and larger than the other HIE in town, the staff has been very nice, and overall we have enjoyed our stays at this hotel. The breakfast area is small so when the hotel is full, breakfast is not a good experience. I would recommend the hotel to others. December 1, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping staff We were on the fifth floor and on Saturday about 2:30 pm we went back to our room to freshen up. The housekeeping staff was at both ends of the hallway. Since I don't speak Spanish I do not know what was going on but the 3 woman at our end of the hall were standing in the hallway yelling at the 2 men at the other end of the hallway. One woman seemed to be in charge as was speaking rapid fire Spanish as in chewing someone out or issuing orders. Not very professional performance even for the housekeeping staff. We noticed some small things, like the tile on the front of the sink in the bath in our room was loose, the caulking was peeling away and we worried that it might fall off. And the spa was down on Sunday afternoon and not accessible. Now the rest of the visit was good. The desk staff were fast, efficent and helpful. November 19, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable beds and the air in the room is fresh and clean. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. I was impressed with the staff as they go out of their way to make sure everything is being done to make your stay very enjoyable. From the front desk to the breakfast room we could not have had better service. For your convenience the gift shop has tickets for upcoming shows as well as tickets to Silver Dollar City, the Branson Bell, and most other attractions that you would like to attend. We especially enjoyed our time in Silver Dollar City as the Christmas Festival was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I have stayed in many hotels in Branson, this is the best! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff We asked the staff at the desk if they would turn down the music in the pool area--we were the only ones there--but they said that it would take an act of congress to get it changed. We later met the maintenance man, and he changed in about a minute. We also asked if we could use the breakfast room to play cards and that was not allowable. When we checked our credit card bill, we had been charged double for our room because the staff inadvertantly charged us with one of the other couples' bill. This problem has been resolved, but it should not have been a problem at all. November 11, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service plus a very nice room We arrived in Branson not knowing where things were located The first Holiday Inn Express we called had been blown away by a tornado! We called the 800 number and the lady gave us the local phone number of second hotel. They only had 1 room left. The woman who answered talked us to where the hotel was located and guided us every turn. When we arrived the show we wanted to see was starting in 11/2 hour, the men at the desk suggested a close resturant to go to and directed us to the theater. They were a great help. They had the biggest variety of breakfast items that we have had at any Holiday Inn Express.The room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone October 17, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location in Branson Hotel itself is located on the Yellow Route. Visitors to Branson, MO soon get to know the Yellow, Red, and Blue routes. There were at least two restaurants within walking distance and a miniature golf course. The concierge service was great--making arrangements to see shows so easy. The staff at the front desk were friendly and greeted guests as they arrived and left the hotel. At breakfast, along with the ususal hotel-type hot breakfast food, there were HI's signature warm cinnamon rolls--very delicious. The staff there was watchful and as soon as an item was gone, it was quickly replaced with a new supply. Since we were only there for 2 nights, we did not request housekeeping service in the room, but the housekeepers we saw in the hallway gladly exchanged towels with us. We enjoyed our stay.
