Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Smoking Perhaps, you could provide a smoking area so people are not smoking on their balcony (next to our balcony) and at the pool area. They were probably not suppose to be smoking in those areas!!! Also, a even larger breakfast area (it appeared to be very large before all the people packed into the area). Otherwise, we loved our stay and will be back.... The beds were so comfortable. Our daughter is 7 months pregnant and she said it was the best bed she has slept in during her pregnancy. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. We loved, the sink, refrig, microwave, furniture, etc. The water pressure was great!!!!! We appreciate the assistance from your maintenance person (loaning us a hammer) to unlock our tool box....... See you soon..... July 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by CUT OUR VACATION SHORT We were planning to stay another night, but I could not tolerate another night at this hotel. First, it took 15 minutes for the desk clerk to find our reservation on the computer; ten seconds to find the reservation/room key that was sitting on the desk; As soon as we enter the room there is a blind laying on the bed. Usually when you check into other hotels a fallen blind is not laying on the bed; that night when I went to the bathroom there was a black bug crawling around which I immediately flushed down the toilet. Thank goodness the toilet did not stop up then, because it did after our 2nd night in this hotel. Nevertheless, you would think things could only get better. However, after adjusting the blind to get ready for bed on our second night, the blind came completely down on my wrist; In addition, a maid came by our room to see if some clothes were left in our room. REALLY! We had enough of this hotel so we decided to head back to the comforts of home; Never will stay here again! July 19, 2014

The front desk staff was very hospitable, very polite, accommodating and answered all my questions about the area. We truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room was very clean and the view of the mountains from the room was very nice to look at. I do not have anything bad to say about the hotel or staff. Enjoyed staying with them. Thank you. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost perfect! Loved just about everything during our stay. The only two draw-backs where the locations of the elevators and the size of the rooms. Obviously, nothing can be done about either now. The room size was a poor choice for families. Two people could not pass at the foot of the bed. That being said, it would not stop me from staying at this hotel again! The breakfast not only tasted fabulous but there were many options. Saved a family of ten from having to get up earlier to squeeze in breakfast before a fun filled, packed day! July 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JUST WHAT I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS We usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express because of the level of comfort and service. This was no exception. When we arrived the room was ready including a special request. Excellent service before arrival and no problems. The breakfast was typical, not bad and certainly adequate. Personally I have coffee and a bun and then go out to eat. The mattress was a little too stiff for my tastes.... If and when I return to Branson, no doubt I will stay at this Inn. July 8, 2014
