We were actually supposed to stay at the one on 76, and went here by mistake. When we did get to the Holiday Inn on 76 we were disappointed. They had messed up our reservations twice before we got there and we still didn't get the right room. I called green mountain HI and spoke with Sherri and she let me know that she had everything we needed. We left immediately. Sherri and Andrew were working the front desk, and they were amazing. Andrew was training and he has done all kinds of other positions there and want to learn more and work the front desk. These two people were so kind and friendly. The hotel was clean and had everything it claimed. I would stay there again, and have already given it a shining review on trip advisor. I want everyone to know what a fabulous hotel this is run by the Meyer family. I could not be more pleased.

the service was great and had a nice room except for the bathroom needed fixed under the sink had come away form the board on the side just needed repaired bu other than that liked the shower head was good and also eveyone there was nice !!! would like to stay there again maybe in October when we plan on going back!!! thanks again for everything!!! Judy and Mel hot tub was nice really like it and really clean!!!

Had a couple of issues when we first checked in, reported them and they were taken care of. I want to compliment Kathy in the breakfast area. She was extremely friendly, helpful w/advice and just gave you an overall feeling that you were a visitor in her home. Thank you Kathy for making us feel welcome!
Holiday Inn Express.....NEVER do away w/the cinnamon buns!

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast choices were great each day. Indoor pool is a tad chilly (84 degrees) but plenty of seating around the pool and lots of towels. Beds are comfortable and our room had two vanities (one in the bathroom and one outside of the bathroom by the closet). This was a big time saver! Great location to mini-golf and Silver Dollar City!!!!

The cutomer service was outstanding and the breakfast bar was well stocked and very good.
Only complaint we had was the bed, needs a little attention.

The room was clean, and we loved the double-sink set up! Continental breakfast food was very good, great selection, and when we were unable to find a table in the breakfast room, the staff was extremely helpful in finding another one for us. Great pool! And, we received an exceptionally warm welcome on arrival. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in the area!

Most folks forget us business guys that visit Branson regularly to make our rounds and see our clients. Not this Hotel, staff recognizes you and is willing to accommodate both the vacationer and the business person with the same "home town feel" . A must stay if your in town for either.

Breakfast was great, location was great. Nothing but good things to say. Front desk was very helpful. Only downside was that the internet was slow, everything else was top notch. We will stay there again.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times. Compared to many other hotels that we have stayed in at Branson that have comparable rates, this hotel is much better. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Cici, at the front desk, called our room one day just to make sure everything was going great. The lady serving breakfast always made sure everything was just right when we were eating breakfast. Our maid always did a great job cleaning our room. We will be going back to Branson, and we will be staying at this same hotel.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses in the past and I have stayed at this one. But this trip did no go well. There was NO internet access for the two days I was there. There was little to no hot water in the shower and the mattress was worn slick out and there was trash in one of the trashcans when I checked into the room. My warning is be careful staying here in the off season. I will try them one more time if in the area to see if it gets better.
I will say this they gave me half price for one of the nights stay since there were problems.

we arrived at the hotel and the lobby looked great. Went up to the room and it initially looked ok. Looked in the shower and it was clean but exposed drywall. The curtain rod was coming away from the wall. The toilet never shut off. About 9pm we smelled a strong odor of cigarrette smoke. We were under the impression this was a non smoking room.
We did not eat breakfast because we were sleeping in. Only to be awoken at 8:30 am by housekeeping. I finally answered the door in my pajamas. He looked at me and said he would come back later. At 9:30 he did it again. I had a sick child who not only got sicker because of the cigarette smoke but she needed more sleep.
Not happy. I like a nice clean hotel room. This room was not up to my expectations.

We will return to this hotel. Lovely staff who greeted us with big smile and very welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful and the woman who was in charge made sure we had everything we needed for a hearty breakfast.

I stay in many Holiday Inn Express properties each year, and this might be the worst ever. I used reward points to take the kids to Silver Dollar City, and I would not bathe my children in the tub. It was not just a bad "maid" the day before either. This facility had months of buildup dirt on carpet, tile, etc. Obviously, it needs updated, but I am usually okay as long as it is clean. This needs a major overhaul/renovation and someone to run a better hotel. I will never return for business in the area nor for pleasure again. The Platinum welcome gift is a coupon book I could pick up at Phillips 66. I would have rather had a bottled water. This was a huge disappointment. We visited Branson 6 times this year, and usually stayed in Springfield. I wanted to stay in Branson this time and possible future visits, but will return to the property in Springfield that is up to the quality I expect from Holiday Inn Express.

I really loved my stay, the facility was very nice, more than I was expecting. I even signed up to be a premiere member because everytime I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express it has been phenominal!! I'd recommend this place anytime.

We like to stay at this hotel when we are in Branson because it is off of the strip, yet convenient. During previous stays the pool was being remodeled but we were happy to see that it was finished on our last stay there. The rooms are comfortable and larger than the other HIE in town, the staff has been very nice, and overall we have enjoyed our stays at this hotel. The breakfast area is small so when the hotel is full, breakfast is not a good experience. I would recommend the hotel to others.

We were on the fifth floor and on Saturday about 2:30 pm we went back to our room to freshen up. The housekeeping staff was at both ends of the hallway. Since I don't speak Spanish I do not know what was going on but the 3 woman at our end of the hall were standing in the hallway yelling at the 2 men at the other end of the hallway. One woman seemed to be in charge as was speaking rapid fire Spanish as in chewing someone out or issuing orders. Not very professional performance even for the housekeeping staff.
We noticed some small things, like the tile on the front of the sink in the bath in our room was loose, the caulking was peeling away and we worried that it might fall off. And the spa was down on Sunday afternoon and not accessible.
Now the rest of the visit was good. The desk staff were fast, efficent and helpful.
