When we first arrived, I thought two members of the desk, were a little miffed at one another which always makes me uncomfortable, but the reservations were made for eight rooms and I gave them a list of our guests and they assigned rooms to each person or couple.. A couple of the room guests reported lots of loud noise most of the first night. However, they had a full house. I went to the service desk the second evening we were there and asked for a business sized envelope. They looked, but couldn't find any and said we'd have to come back the next morning.

When I called the motel for reservations, I was immediately given over to the IHG reservations person. I asked for a 2-bedroom suite for one night, and then a two-bed room for the second night. E-mails (six of them) were sent affirming the accommodations were made. When I arrived the motel had two rooms for the first night, and immediately canceled the one 2-bed room. When we went up to the two bedroom suite, we discovered that it was a two bed suite (and not two bedrooms).
We ended up with two suites for two nights and it cost us considerably more than we had intended to spend. Their was no accommodation nor recognition of my IHG status, although they knew that I had requested all that through the IHG program. They were in a big hurry to cancel the double booking, and by doing so -- we lost the second room and did NOT have a two bedroom suite. I will not use this facility again.

Check in attendant was welcoming and friendly. More than enough options for breakfast.
