It started with a call requesting a room close to the lobby because of mobility issues, placed first room off lobby. Front desk friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of city, very helpful. Room was immaculate, fresh, far beyond what we expected for a rewards nights. Made to feel right a home in that we had stayed with them before. AC worked well and was quite with a constant temp with comfort, speaking of comfort the bed was like a new one with quality sheeting the amenities were the normal HI quality we have come to expect. There was one bad note and that was the Quality Breakfast Bar, the variety was good, food was hot and well prepared, coffee very good flavor and hot, wonderful biscuits and gravy and the Cinnamon Rolls are to DIE for, "just a saying" but it reminds me of the bad note, I was on a DIET and was not able to enjoy what I wanted. This is a GREAT property, my only place to stay in Branson.

The staff here are among the most helpful and courteous of any HIE I've ever stayed. In addition, I VERY much appreciate the fact that they voluntarily recognize my Platinum status by providing my free upgrade whenever possible. I never have to ask, unlike most other HIE's now. (at least of the 6 or so that I frequent). Although this is not a newer facility, it is usually spotless as well.
