A stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Brattleboro, VT is always top notch. The staff makes sure the hotel is in excellent condition and I am always welcomed as a Priority Club member no matter how busy they are. Food choices are always good. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a luxury hotel but that's what you would get from an "express" line of hotels. Exactly what I had expected - clean room, accommodating staff, easy in-and-out for a weekend trip for skiing nearby. About 40 minutes away from Mt Snow - could've been closer but good deal overall.

PRIORITY CLUB MEMBERS ARE ENTITLED TO GET THIEIR CHECKOUT STATEMENT DELIVERED UNDER THE DOOR TO FACILITATE EARLY CHECKOUT. IT WASN'T DELIVERED. I. HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE FRONT DESK WAS MANNED AND ALTHOUGH I ASKED FOR MY STATEMENT,THE CLERK ASKED IF I WANTED IT.

OUR STAY AT BRATTLEBORO WAS EVEN MORE RELAXING BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF AND THE FANTASTIC ROOM AND THE AMENATIES AVALIABLE TO USE . WE WOULD STAY AGAIN ON ARE NEXT VISIT THANKS FOR A WONDERFULL THANKSGIVING .

Breakfast could not be used since all contained gluten and no soy milk options. So we had to purchase that somewhere else.
Room was hot not a/c working or so poorly didn't do much.
Only dealt with front desk staff they were good, no issues with them.

We stayed 8 nights & found it to be very nice. Ask for a room on the back side, away from the Interstate traffic noise. Relaxing & quiet. Clean, comfortable room, well-appointed. Evening complimentary cookies and homemade donuts with hot apple cider were delicious.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been impressed with the staff especially Adam. Over the course of several stays Adam has located a sewing kit, helped my son print out a school paper and recommended a great local restaraunt. We will always stay at this hotel when in the area.

The hotel was full of teenagers that were extremely loud. I had to complain to the manager to get it toned down. . When we checked in the clerk looked like a teenager and had a soiled/torn shirt on. (not very professional). When we checked out, we spoke to another teenager clerk and we complained about the noise. They said sorry but there was not anything they could do about it. We left the hotel, thinking, why did we have to suffer because of poor management of the hotel.
