Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and rude employee This past weekend we decided we wanted to go away to enjoy some quiet downtime from our hectic lives. We decided on beautiful Brattleboro. We arrived at this hotel and checked in. My husband was questioned as to why his name is different than mine. His name was also on the reservation. Went out for the day and came back to find that our room was in the middle of a "ski club" consisting of at least 50 unchaperoned teenagers. If there where chaperoned, they were no where to be found. These unruly teenages were running up and down the hallways, screaming, banging on doors and just plain outright out of control. I called the front desk and spoke with Chris who was downright rude. He didn't care how our stay was being disrupted. I asked for the manager and he said that he would be in at 8:30 the next morning. I asked him to leave him a message to call me and he said he would not. Are you kidding me?? Refusing to ask the manager to call a hotel guest ?? He said he would move us but as we were already in for the night and watching a movie didn't want to start repacking everything. Who is responsible for room planning. If you have a large group like that, put them all together in one wing of the hotel. Don't stick other guests right smack in the middle of them. I have been a loyal guest of the Holiday's Inn and as you can see I used my points for this mini-vacation. To add to this... I prepaid for the room and on Sunday morning I received a bill for an additional $50.00 . I had better not see this charge on my credit card bill ! February 10, 2014

The staff, especially the manager, are consistently helpful and accommodating. The recent addition of salsa omelets is a nice change to the breakfast menu. January 6, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't pay extra for family suite. We reserved the family suite equipped with 2 queen beds and a sleeping couch and advertised as sleeping 6. However, the foldout bed was like sleeping directly on coiled springs. Our grandchildren had to sleep together in the queen bed since the foldout bed was unusable. Otherwise, our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the entire facility was clean and the staff friendly so I would return but save my money on the family suite. January 3, 2014
