The only issue was it was very difficult to find anyone working the front desk and there was no recognition of me being an IHG platinum member. But this is the first time that I stayed anywhere that I had not one single want or need. Found the staff to be blissfully friendly and happy. Even the breakfast ladies greeted you with a good morning and a big smile. Rooms were clean and quiet. To show how conscientious the employee are here, housekeeping accidentally knocked something over and spilled some and wrote a letter of apology and left it on the counter with her name and phone number in case I wanted to speak with her. What fantastic customer service. The quality of the food and preparation was excellent. The location is great. We attend the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival every year and you can bet we will be staying here. The service was as enjoyable as the festival. Great job guys! May 12, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my travel habits I travel all the time and I am probably not the easiest person to please .. I have my own State farm agency and I tell my new staff as well as my current staff that it is not what you say that is important but how you say it. People remember and notice little things. I have gone to this festival probably 15 times and I have never before gotten a band schedule or a little welcome package in the room. I was very impressed by the whole visit and that is really saying something . My scores of excellent do not come easy. I look forward to our next visit next year.. May 10, 2016
