The staff was very helpful when the guests next to us were noisy. We didn't know if they would quiet down so we called to see if we could switch rooms. Another room was given to us without incident. We also asked for recommendation for a restaurant and the new "sports" bar had just opened. The HI staff shared with us their dining experience so that help us make a much better decision.
we have stayed at this HI many times on our way to family events. It is a wonderful feeling to know you can stop and get a good nights sleep in a clean environment and that the staff is always courteous, helpful and pleasant.

We always stay at this establishment on our way home from visiting family in Michigan. The staff is great - the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast is always good.

My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to Ohio to see our daughter and grandson and decided to break up the 12 hour drive with an overnight stay in Breezewood, Pennsylvania (about the midway point) to our destination in Ohio. We arrived in the evening and found the hotel was practically in the middle this major ground transportation hub. The hotel was ideally located up top of a hill overlooking the main thoroughfare with a clear view of convenience stores, several fast food restaurants, actual sit-down and be served restaurants, souvenirs shops, and many gas stations, all within short distances. Check-in was easy, fast and convenient. After checking-in we walk the short distance from the lobby to the elevators, walking by a well appointed business center, communal TV lounge, and comfortable seating arrangements throughout the area. We took the elevator to the second floor and walked the corridor to our room. Our room was simply appointed with the basics, a desk and chair, lounge chair with foot rest and a king size bed. The room was clean as was the bathroom with all the basic amenities. The heating control worked well and we were thankful as it was in the mid 20s outside. In the morning we enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast. The variety of selections was great from juices, to cereals, yogurts to fruits, bagels to toast, eggs to waffles, to pastries, etc. The person responsible to keep everything replenished, clean, and in order was very helpful and friendly and added to the whole experience. My wife and I enjoyed our brief stay and would highly recommend staying at this hotel as a comfortable pit stop between destinations.

We make this our half way point from Michigan to Virginia. We always get a great nights sleep. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great service from all.

The room had an HVAC ventilating unit under the window that cycled on using a loudly clicking magnetic switch. The unit kept cycling on and off to run the heat at night, and every time it cycled on, the loud click of the switch woke me up. Also, it seemed that the first minute when the unit started to run, all it would blow was cold air on me until it warmed up. It was cold that night so I couldn't just turn the unit off. As such, I didn't sleep well at night at all.

The Holiday Inn Express at Breezewood is a great value and really makes highway travel much more enjoyable. I got a good night's sleep and was able to enjoy the view from the PA Turnpike the next morning, arriving at my destination in Ohio much earlier than I would otherwise have been able to, showered, and ready to participate in our family's events.

We were extremely happt with the staff & comfort of this hotel. We checked in and was greated like we knew the staff! The complimentary breakfast was very good, I would compare the taste and quality to any resturant! We will definatly stay here again on our next travels!! (ps there is no spell check so sorry for the mispellings)

I called ahead because we were delayed in our travels and arrived at 3:00 a.m. I wish I could remember the lady's name who checked us in, she was the nicest person I've ever met when checking in to your hotels. I stay in your hotels three nights per week. Please tell her THANKS.

The young women who were at the desk when we checked in were most helpful. They were cheerful, patient and kind to all of us who were tired and anxious to get to our rooms. It was convient, just off the turnpike. One young lady was very helpful to me as I attempted to find my points on the internet!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room.

We look for Holiday Inn Express when traveling, as we love the comfortable beds, clean rooms, and pleasant service!
Their prices compare to other hotels, but their comfort level and cleanliness we can rely on. The hotel is quiet so we could get a good nights rest on their luxurious bed.
Having an exercise room is a perk I enjoy! I miss my stationary bike, so to add one would be my only recommendation.
