Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating staff made our stay super! We spent three nights at the hotel in preparation for a wedding. Had grandson and his parents in adjoining suite, and staff kept us supplied with towels and clean rooms. Breakfast hours were good, and staff attentive there. Let the groom and groomsmen leave their suits there for pick-up at desk…satisfied with the experience at the hotel. December 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Remodel NOW! Our bathroom was nasty. There was a long, black "inappropriate language according to review site" hair on the first towel we grabbed. The room was dated and sad. If you are looking for a place to end it all, I would highly recommend my room. December 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Texas Charm And Friendly Staff We had a wonderful stay and will certainly choose this location again when we return. The staff was accommodating, pleasant, and respectful. We were not expecting the choice of pillows (hard, soft) and that really was an added bonus to our sleep. Overall the breakfast was good, and I would say better than most of the hotel free ones you get. However, the coffee was really good. December 1, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs some updating The staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs some work. The e-key only opened some of the doors but not others which prompts multiple return trips to the front desk. Not fun if you're in the building across the parking lot and it happens to be chilly out; and you have your wife and grumpy child waiting in the car... You get the picture. The room was pleasant and comfortable although we were missing a few items from our room like cups. We stayed here because all other rooms were booked. I'm normally content with Holiday Inns around the country but this one needs some work; particularly for the rates charged. Hotels in downtown New York city for not much more. Scott November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall great visit! This facility was exceptional. The customer service from booking the hotel to the front desk clerk who greeted us and checked us in was great! We are currently Gold members and were treated with great care. The suite we were in was so quiet and very clean and the additional security provided to enter the rooms is an added plus we were very pleased and relaxed in this particular hotel during our stay.
