The property was nice and the location was great. However, I did not like the fact that they have rude employees. I checked in after a long day of working and had a very rude front desk lady check me in. She did not seem like she wanted to be there, or work at all for that matter. She was very rude and had a sour attitude throughout my check in. The first thing that I noticed is that she was sitting down in front of her own, personal computer, at the desk. She did not rise to greet me but remained focused in her personal business. Very irritable and put me in a horrible mood just by her demeanor. If you do not have happy people working, it just puts the guest in an unhappy mood. I was very displeased. I tried to be nice and respectful, however, she was rude and her attitude was so bad that I almost walked out right then. Not professional at all. I travel a lot and I like to be greeted by a nice person, not a rude, irritated girl. It was hard to understand her, due to her accent, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she got mad off and said it back very rudely. I will not ever stay at this location again, and will advise my friends to do the same. Also, she was not wearing any sort of identification and looked like she had been in her pajamas since the night before. She was still wearing them. I am no expert, but I am sure that gray sweat pants and a t-shirt do not qualify as a professional Holiday Inn uniform. I hope that this problem will be dealt with, as I was not the only one who seemed to notice. I also heard a few other people that checked in after me, that also had a bad experience with this particular front desk staff.

The breakfast bar always had a nice selection. It was clean and kept well stocked. The attendant on duty was very helpful.

Nice accommodations. The breakfast bar staff person was the best that I have ever seen at doing her job. The motel was conveniently located for my needs. The facilities were clean and the room was in a better condition than many HI Express locations. The front staff person was overwhelmed at check-in even though there were only two guests checking in at that time. A new front desk clerk was texting on his phone when I approached the desk the next day and needed assistance --- this was slightly annoying.
