Nice location...clean and comfortable rooms with fluffy beds, pillows, and linens! We were there for a conference and truly enjoyed our stay! Even with some renovations being done during our stay we didn't hear any noise whatsoever...

Hotel common areas and rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet was slow and dropped service occasionally. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay here again.

At check in. was not informed of all the construction/remodeling going on at the hotel. Lots of loud noise very early in the morning and throughout the day.

The property was nice and the location was great. However, I did not like the fact that they have rude employees. I checked in after a long day of working and had a very rude front desk lady check me in. She did not seem like she wanted to be there, or work at all for that matter. She was very rude and had a sour attitude throughout my check in. The first thing that I noticed is that she was sitting down in front of her own, personal computer, at the desk. She did not rise to greet me but remained focused in her personal business. Very irritable and put me in a horrible mood just by her demeanor. If you do not have happy people working, it just puts the guest in an unhappy mood. I was very displeased. I tried to be nice and respectful, however, she was rude and her attitude was so bad that I almost walked out right then. Not professional at all. I travel a lot and I like to be greeted by a nice person, not a rude, irritated girl. It was hard to understand her, due to her accent, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she got mad off and said it back very rudely. I will not ever stay at this location again, and will advise my friends to do the same. Also, she was not wearing any sort of identification and looked like she had been in her pajamas since the night before. She was still wearing them. I am no expert, but I am sure that gray sweat pants and a t-shirt do not qualify as a professional Holiday Inn uniform. I hope that this problem will be dealt with, as I was not the only one who seemed to notice. I also heard a few other people that checked in after me, that also had a bad experience with this particular front desk staff.

The breakfast bar always had a nice selection. It was clean and kept well stocked. The attendant on duty was very helpful.

Nice accommodations. The breakfast bar staff person was the best that I have ever seen at doing her job. The motel was conveniently located for my needs. The facilities were clean and the room was in a better condition than many HI Express locations. The front staff person was overwhelmed at check-in even though there were only two guests checking in at that time. A new front desk clerk was texting on his phone when I approached the desk the next day and needed assistance --- this was slightly annoying.

The mattress was very hard. The extra chair in the room was even harder. There was no refrigerator in the room or microwave nor could either be moved in. I have diabetic meds and they should have been in cooler area. After unpacking etc., when I called about these items, I was told that I would have to change rooms. My question is, if available in other rooms, why was I checked into this unfurnished room? Front desk people just did not care to give a customer the better of two rooms without the customer being put out completely. A better room was available for the same price, but it was not offered at registration. This is why I stay at other chains on the majority of my trips, which have totaled 50 nights in motel rooms already this year.

this is perhaps the worse holiday inn express I have every stayed in, the front desk wasn't helpful, one person walk walking around at front desk without shoes, no concerns about customers needs, overall very bad services, I'm a priority club member and they didn't even care and the booklet stand is in rear of hotel
