Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room decor not complete, but was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but our room was not up to par. It may have been in the middle of renovation, but we were not warned about that. There were no baseboards, so the ragged edges of the carpeting were visible. There were loose wires sticking out of the walls, down near the floor. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. 2 lights above the mirror were not enough to provide lighting for the recessed tiled shower. The small "soap" shelf in the shower was broken and slanted forward, making it difficult to keep soap and shampoo on the shelf. We felt the TV channels available were inadequate. We stayed an extra night so we could relax after our business was done and watch Thursday night Football, only to find out they did not offer the NFL channel. The TVs were missing several well known, popular channels. The bed was not nearly as comfortable as other HIEs we have stayed at in the past. The split room was nice, but with only a ceiling fan in the "livingroom", the temperature was difficult to keep even. We had interstate noise, train noise, and ice machine noise. I will admit though, with all these things we disliked, the room was clean. We did not bother the staff about our concerns. November 11, 2014

Found this hotel on the south side of Nashville. Great staff at check in counter - very helpful. Got a great room and great sleep. then was on my way again. November 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great facility for older patrons The room arrangement and the added assistance for older folk was really appreciated. Grab bars and the shower arrangement worked just fine for a 90 year old like me. Breakfast had so many choices that everyone could start the day well fed. And the food was delicious! November 8, 2014
