Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was kind and helpful The staff at the hotel were amazing. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and had an amazing time. I actually left my cell phone, along with my id and credit cards in the hotel room and house keeping turned it in to the front desk. Linda then fedex'd all of it to me and even sent me the tracking number. I can't say enough about how kind the staff was to me and my niece. September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed Our Say Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The rooms were very clean as well as the other areas of the hotel that were seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was very safe and is in an area with lots benefits businesses near for out of town guest that may have forgotten a few items. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again for future visits to Nashville. September 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Personal matters Rooms were way too dark. Lighting, too dark colors and carpet was new but too dark. Everything was clean, and the staff was great. Bed comfortable . Seeing everything was dark it was depressing. This is my own opinion. September 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Service - Pick another hotel On check in, was barely looked at. Minimal conversation. I wasn't told about breakfast, the desert table nor thanked for choosing the hotel. Check out was even worse. I always put my key cards in the envelope the bill comes in. This way the hotel knows when I have left. and the room number I assume it helps the cleaning crews' schedule since I typically check out early. The front desk girl told me the envelope was mine. I was half way across the breakfast area and let her know it was empty. I looked back at the front desk from the breakfast area and could see she was saying something but not sure what. Based on body language it was best I didn't hear. I skipped breakfast and left. I have no interest being somewhere that I am obviously not welcome. I will avoid this property in the future.
