Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good but ... Staff was great with one notable exception. The am counter guy (either working the third shift or just not a morning person), balding and not very friendly. Seemed put off that I wanted to change the channel on the two screens in the reception / breakfast areas to the news ... grudginly changed but did not allow access to the remote. One morning the coffee was not hot and I asked to pour out my cup and start with a fresh one ... seemed like he was ignoring me ... good news is that the breakfast staff took care of me (he was "helping"). Aside from that somewhat unpleasant individual, all the staff was excellent. October 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this Holiday Inn Express We love this Holiday Inn Express. It is off the beaten path but extremely close to Publix and many fine restaurants. Plus, it is very close to Cool Springs Mall. The rooms are very nice. Housekeeping does a wonderful job of putting everything in order each day. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel During a business trip, we stayed at the Brentwood South Cool Sprits Holiday Inn. The hotel and rooms were clean, the free breakfast had a variety of choices and the customer service was outstanding. Compared to other hotels in the area, this location has the best value. We will definitely stay here again when in Franklin, TN. October 26, 2014

Overall, though, quiet and a good night's sleep. Things were clean, and the room had plenty of towels and such. The workout equipment wasn't the best, but it did the trick. October 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Able to use reward points here where visiting son in Nashville We were finally able to get to Nashville to visit son at college. The rewards points I had built up through business travel helped me do this by contacting IHG and booking this facility which is very close to the college. The grounds are nice and the interior is very up to date, clean, and inviting. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as royalty. I will definitely look to book here for my next trip to Nashville area. October 23, 2014
