Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A bit tough to find, but all in all worth the effort The hotel is positioned in a shopping area behind the Home Depot and an Ashley Furniture store which makes it difficult to find even using GPS, but we called the hotel (after getting lost initially) and they were able to easily direct us to destination. Once you know where it is, it is easy to get in an out, it is in a fairly quiet location, nicely kept, excellent management and staff, and close to both I-65 (which helps zip in and out) and to a number of shopping and eating options. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved it!! After traveling for many hours we needed a hotel to stay at for a graduation we were attended the next day. After calling at least 15 hotels that were booked and some acted rude we were calling. We found this hotel and called to see if they had a room available and they were so accommodating. The staff was awesome and the room was prefect. The next morning we had amazing breakfast complimentary of the hotel and were on our way. Will definitely stay here again soon. May 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall experience Check in took a while. Another guest was checking in when I arrived. The phone rang the second that guest was done. The employee answered the phone and continued to assist that person with a reservation while I stood and waited even longer. I know from past experiences the caller should have been put on hold since I had already been waiting about 10 minutes. The call took another 5-7 minutes if not longer and I just stood there waiting.... It was close to 9:30 when I got to my room and I had to get up at 3:00am. The gentleman working apologized about the wait but really should have answered the call and put them on hold since I was there first. Maybe he just needs more training but I would consider this common knowledge in customer service. Just a little frustrated after a very long day of meetings. May 10, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Newly Remodeled, Clean, Convenient Great location to Franklin area restaurants, dining, and nightlife. Newly remodeled and updated - clean, cool, open lobby; decent breakfast with healthy choices; Clean hotel with an outdoor pool (in season). Only downside is that the rooms are very small - but, they are clean and have been recently updated. May 4, 2015
