This hotel is newer and very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. I love the linens. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was below average. Nothing was hot - including the decaf coffee - but then I discovered the 2nd carafe, and it was hot. Omelets were very blah. Bagels would be a good addition. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel. Pool was an excellent place to relax after a long day.

Thumbs up in every aspect except for the quality of breakfast. The food runs out, the coffee runs out and the servers are slow to attend to the serving area. Other then the quality of breakfast I give you a 10.

Hotel was clean and comfortable with good parking. Room and bed were a good size and comfortable with all the needs of a business traveller. Good wireless internet. Room well cleaned daily. Coffee in room and lobby all day.
Breakfast had a reasonable choice, would have preferred more fruit options and re-useable cutlery/crockery. It's such a waste to throw so much plastic away.
Elevators were a bit slow.
No stopper in wash basin in rooms - this is intentional and was inconvenient for me.
There were a variety of restaurants within a short driving distance with one chain within walking distance.
Other than few minor niggles, I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The only thing that we found to be a problem was the breakfast service. The spoons and napkins were empty so another guest and I looked around and found where they were stored and restocked them both. Also, in the coffee bar the pitchers of half/half etc were empty as well as most of the coffee pots. The rest of the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay while in Bridgeport, WV. Everyone on the staff was very nice and the breakfasts were outstanding.
