Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Surprise This stay was my first experience with the Holiday Inn Express brand. The name is a bit misleading. "Express" may make one think of a hotel that lacks amenities, but nothing could be farther from the truth. The hotel was clean comfortable and had plenty to offer. Adequate fitness center and a pleasantly surprising breakfast selection. Some of the best pillows ever in any hotel - same with the bathroom towels. The staff were the icing on the cake though - very friendly, attentive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my next two nights at a different location in another Holiday Inn Express. She helped with food choices, gave info on local attractions and gave everyone a paper . Very good representative of HIEx hospitality. April 6, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Run down. Never again. Unorganized breakfast service...things not ready at 6:20am. Broken robe hook in bathroom. Broken suitcase stand. Old, broken down mattress. Poor housekeeping: I accidentally left the coffee pot on. Housekeeper did as well - as she did not clean it....so that I returned that day to burnt coffee in the maker. Housekeeping did not change trash or pick up half empty cup of coffee left at the sink. April 2, 2015
