I had a small problem after one visit, and the owner contacted me and went to great lengths to fix the problem. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff but the price was high for the location Great staff and very helpful during a winter storm. They were very understanding of our need with a large family and also made extra arrangements so we could have everyone together. Great breakfast and nice layout on the hotel and seating area. One item of concern was the price... a bit steep for this area and the room we were located in. Other HIX's have bigger rooms for about $30 less and in populated areas so i am not sure why the price was so high. Unfortunately they can not control the taxes (which made it almost out of our price range) but my hope is they will consider adjusting the price to be in line with similar rooms in other cities of their size. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great personal service we stayed here for three nights and it was best stay . the front counter service people assisted us in finding malls, the best restaurants . i could not say enough how much the staff treated us so well. The room was great and comfortable, i will be staying here again on our next trip. To the Front reception ppl,,i mentioned , we were going to another city and needed reservations at the next Holiday Inn and they did everything for us , the booking, the reservation and confirmation. thank you so much for a worry free trip! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very quiet and comfortable environment. I stayed at this location for two weeks, while on a work trip. The staff was very nice and greeted you everytime you walked in the door with a smile. My work schedule didn't allow for us to eat breakfast, so the manager and staff arrainged for us to have something for breakfast every morning during our stay. March 7, 2013
