The staff was very nice and greeted you everytime you walked in the door with a smile. My work schedule didn't allow for us to eat breakfast, so the manager and staff arrainged for us to have something for breakfast every morning during our stay. March 7, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, great experience This was a great, relaxing place to stay while on a stressful business trip. The staff was friendly, the room was as if it was my own - it was nicely decorated, roomy, and comfortable. Loved the over-sized shower. The sitting area was nice, and it was like sitting on the sofa watching TV at home. The pool and hot tub were clean and a nice plus. I had a minor noise problem (loud TV) coming from another room, called the front desk, and the noise stopped in less than 5 minutes. The staff gave me directions I needed, offered me a bottle of water for the road. They also were very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night, and made sure I did not have to change rooms. The choices for the breakfast buffet were many, and they were good and fresh. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a hotel in that area. February 4, 2013

The decor reminded me of a modern European style holiday inn express. i would highly recommend this hotel to both the business and leisure traveler. The front desk staff was extremely helpful- taking a group photo for us,helping us with directions and even giving us water for our travel to Estes Park. It is just around the corner from the Platte Valley Medical Center and therefore easy access to anyone who has a family member in the hospital. The personnel and service was welcoming, attentive and professional. The room was clean and fresh. We highly recommend this hotel to all. There are not many restaurants around but the area is growing so I am sure this will change. The hotel is only a short distance from nearby towns for entertainment. November 13, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A cut above! We've stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn Express locations, but Brighton was the finest of them all. Outstanding customer service, including a room upgrade we neither asked for nor particularly deserved. A fabulous room that rivaled much more expensive hotels we've stayed in for business. A bathroom that was so nice we took photos (!) to copy some of the design in an upcoming bathroom remodel at home. A spacious breakfast area (unlike some other locations where there was no place to sit). When we checked out I asked if they had just opened and was told they've been open for several years! Clearly, the staff and management takes great pride in this property and keeps it in top shape. I would strongly recommend it. October 28, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No internet service + difficult to locate I arrived late at night and was counting on the internet connection to send some important documents, but I discovered that in my room [and even in the common areas on my floor] the internet was not working. The staff was not helpful and my documents had to wait. Also, the hotel does not have a sign visible from the road, and there are no clear indications or street signs in the area, so even with a GPS in my car it was difficult to locate in the dark. I hope you improve on these issues, as I may have to visit this property again. October 17, 2012
