Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Felt like a New York effiency This room felt like they cramped oversized furniture into as shoe box. The room had furniture too large for it end there was only one elevator about a five minute walk from where my room was. Also this hotel was very remote up on a hill so one had to drive to have dinner. I know I left my mouse for my computer in the room and( I always tip the maid staff ) when I called to report they said it was not in the room. I can only assume they threw it out. February 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Personal Service I go in around 11pm Thursday ,a welcome smile and a fast check in,Room was very clean,the temperature just right, The next morning we meet Cassi at the front desk she gave us a friendly greeting and she helped us with some of our questions,Breakfast was on point and it was hot and plenty of food, Housekeeping did all she can and more in our room ,even put our slippers by the bed,Beds are very soft ,Hotel is by everything the Mall right across and a supermarket called market basket which is fantastic. And yes the pool is open a big plus,To all your staff thank you for a great stay ,the personal service is what this hotel provides. February 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Reservations Reservations representative was incompetent and very rude and made me feel like she was doing me a favor just getting me a room. She was unable to explain room rate differences from stay to stay. She kept asking for the same information over and over. She had great difficulty finding my club account history. I did not and do not feel like a club member or even a valued customer. In addition to the very poor experience with your reservation service center, the Brockton facility itself doesn't cost justify the room rates, whatever they are. The smell of cigarettes permeates the rooms, hallways, stairwells and the elevator and yet you feel it necessary to tell me at check in that smoking is prohibited in your facility. You would be far better served if you actually stopped the smoking. February 1, 2015
