We checked into the Holiday Inn Express at Brookhaven after about 15 hours on the road. The property appeared to be fairly new. Our room was ready and very comfortable.
I expected an acknowledgement for being IHG Rewards Club gold members, but there was none even after showing our card..
The breakfast was nice and the staff was attentive to food items running low.

This hotel is relatively new, and has a modern look/feel and very comfortable room. The breakfast is very good for this class of hotel including bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs, pancakes, muffins, yogurt, etc.
The walls are not totally soundproof, so a noisy neighbor could be distracting. Staff was great.

Stayed at places around the world and this rates at the top for the price! Great all around!!! We were here for my son's wedding from out of town and can't say enough good things about this hotel. GREAT JOB!!!

We arrived late, but check-in was very quick. The room was very clean and large. Regular HIE breakfast was adequate. Pancake maker was not working that morning, but since I wasn't craving pancakes it was not an issue. I would definitely stay again if my travels bring me back to Brookhaven.

This hotel is clean,the staff is friendly, &other breakfast is great. I am proud of Brookhaven,which is where I was born and raised ..and the price is right ,really I was expecting to pay more,please keep this hotel and the staff,because,it's very nice

We were traveling through Brookhaven and stayed here for one night. The hotel was very clean & the staff was nice!! We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The new Holiday inn is great and the staff was excellent. On one of my visits a staff member tried several rooms to find me a working cable TV room. The best was a random lost signal on the premium stations and above ( channels 62 and above). With all the great features I will not stay there for at least 6 months unless 100% verified cable TV is 100% working. I have stayed about 5-6 times on approaching a six month period, since new hotel has been open . I would expect start up issues to be repaired by now. If cable was not working once or twice could over look but in 100% of stays not once has cable been 100% working. It has ranged from 100% out to most common the premium stations and above channel 62 get random signal lost repeatedly during evening. This makes it very difficult to watch a movie.
I hope this is fixed soon with all the great things here this is the last annoyance that needs to be corrected. If you have no interest in cable TV at all would recommend stay.
