Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My money was fraudulently taken Upon check in to the hotel, my card was taken and not only overcharged for the room, but we were charged over $100 for no reason. This money was held out of my bank account, and I was told that the hold would be lifted the next day. A week later, the incidental fee hold was not only not taken off, but it has been deducted from my account. The overfilled charge for the room is still being held out a week later even though the room was fully paid for by another card. When I called the hold to the attention of the clerk upon check in, she said "this is just what we do." When I alerted the manager to the issue, I was told that I could contact my bank to take care of the problem. I am very unhappy with this situation and will never stay at a Holiday Inn again, even if I do vert my money back. January 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room & nice breakfast We checked into the Holiday Inn Express at Brookhaven after about 15 hours on the road. The property appeared to be fairly new. Our room was ready and very comfortable. I expected an acknowledgement for being IHG Rewards Club gold members, but there was none even after showing our card.. The breakfast was nice and the staff was attentive to food items running low. December 1, 2013
