We returned home today following a one night stay, which was our first visit to this Hotel. The central location of this Hotel is ideal. The rooms we had were attractive and well furnished. However, we had a greater concern which we felt ought to be brought to the attention of the General Manager that was brought to my attention after returning home. I asked to speak directly to him, but the Receptionist stated i had to call back between 8am and 5pm, said that she would deal with our concern and asked for our room numbers. We received neither feedback or compensation (which in our view would be warranted under the circumstances) and have found it hard to identify how we can take this complaint further. As a result, I would be very reluctant to return to this Hotel. I spoke with 2 reps Melissa and Terry and was told manager is on vacation. Issue has not been resolved

As a frequent business traveler, there are a few things I expect when staying at a holiday inn. First, they didn't properly collect my CC info at checkin, so I had to go back down and provide my cc information a second time. After getting settled in my bed to flip channels, I had to search high and low for a remote, and there was not one in my room. I had to get dressed again, and go to the front desk to get one. TV stations took forever to change. Went to the workout room to use the bicycle, but it wasn't functional. Upon checkout, there were issues with the CC machine, so my receipt wasn't available. Had to call the next day to get it even though the staff told me it would be emailed. All in all, the property is nice, and the employees were friendly enough, but this was not my most pleasant or convenient stay by far at a Holiday Inn.

I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express on Friday, March 18, 2016. Check-in was a little difficult because the manager had contacted me earlier to see if I would take another room, because the hotel had over booked. I said sure. However, when I arrived at the hotel the clerk on duty didn't know anything about the manager calling me. After letting her listening to the message the manager had left on my phone, she was a little more accommodating. I apologized to her and she made my stay very comfortable. I recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone.
