Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed, bad air This property has the usual great beds and I am always impressed with their staff. The location in Park Slope is great. The breakfast is good. The new GM is a great guy. Three detractors. 1. Elevators are incredibly slow. 2. It smells strongly of bug spray in the halls 3. The lobby scent marketing machine spews chemical clouds through which you must walk and wait for the slow elevator. If you have asthma and allergies to chemicals? Not your spot. Indoor air pollution at its worst. March 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by OK stay Frustrating. Lousy elevator service. Took way too many days to fix problem. Maybe next time spend the money and overnight the part for the elevator. Then to shut down the elevator during check out time. WOW, Have you ever thought that you should spend more money for the TECH to be there at night when the guests were sleeping? March 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NOT MUCH FUN STAYING HERE FROM START TO FINISH MY STAY WAS PROBLEMATIC. WITH THE ELEVATOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO DO STAIRS, I FOUND IT EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE DOOR LOCK GOT JAMMED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED BEFORE I COULD GO TO MY APPOINTMENTS. THE STAFF WAS UNDERSTANDING AND THE MAN WHO FIXED THE LOCK EVENTUALLY WAS TERRIFIC. BUT THE AGGRAVATION WAS TOO MUCH FOR A HOTEL TO CAUSE. THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK WELL IN MY ROOM AND WHEN I WENT TO THE COMPUTER DOWNSTAIRS TO PRINT MY BOARDING PASS IT SAID TO CHANGE THE DRUM ON THE PRINTER. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK OFFERRED TO PRINT IT FOR ME BUT I HAD ALREADY WAITED IN LINE FOR OTHERS TO CHECK IN AND DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO REENTER ALL THE INFORMATION INTO HER COMPUTER ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE WAS BUSY CHECKING PEOPLE IN AND OUT. THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT I WAS ABLE TO EAT AT BREAKFAST WAS NOT UP TO THE USUAL STANDARD. IN ALL IT WAS A DISAPPOINTING PART OF MY TRIP. March 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast and bad parking The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast was very very good for a free breakfast. Parking was an extra 35 dollars and you had to come back early in order to get a spot but this seems to be all hotels in this area. You were also very close to restaurants (5 mins walking) and trains. March 21, 2015
