Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel close to subway. This hotel was perfect for visiting Brooklyn. Also easily accessible to Manhattan with subway so close to the hotel. The rooms were not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a plus. Did not have time to stop in the morning but peeked in- nice basic choices to get you going. Would recommend, especially if you are visiting the city. Had to coordinate with the front desk staff prior to check in. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive to any questions I had. August 13, 2015

The employees were nice but the hotel itself was not. i got the impression that the hotel seemed run down and could use some renovations. The elevator was very slow and scary. The first trip on elevator my wife thought we were gonna die. Besides lobby and inside room the hotel was very hot and uncomfortable. I would Never go back. Also i was surprised they do not honor AAA discounts which would of helped with very expensive 2 day stay. August 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by OVERCHARGE ON BILLS/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Front desk person was extremely rude and charged us $100.00 per room over the price that was listed on our confirmation. When this was brought to her attention, she was very condescending and I got the impression that she felt she was doing me a favor by correcting the bill. She also overcharged my neice and her husband for their room and had an attitude when it was brought to her attention. Elevator are slow. Parking is $35.00 - you can park on the street for free!
