Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home. One of our best stays ever! GREAT breakfast. Location accessible to the many places we needed to go. Plenty of space; would like to ship the bed home with me. This manager knows what she is doing. Also, the night manager at 1 am when we checked in was a true gentleman in every sense and 100% knowledgeable regarding the hotel. Will stay there next visit! June 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by i am thankful to holiday inn of providing excellent service. i am thankful to holiday inn of providing excellent service.especially miss shakira on reception for being polite and tolerant.. i have one especial complain.when ever any person book your hotel outside united stated ,please let him know all charges including all taxes ,in black & white.So he should not feel embarresed when he check inn in your hotel ,by showing him list of taxes. Secondly dont block extra money from credit card as security because holding money is easy but returning back takes more time. THE POINT IS THAT THE POLICY OF CHARGING SHOULD BE TOLD TO CUSTOMER BEFORE TRAVEL IN CRYSTAL CLEAR MANNENRS BECAUSE MAY BE HE HAS TO KEEP SOME MONEY IN RESERVE FOR SHOPPING. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality mattress, attentive staff This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff very attentive. The room had everything we needed (including a microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer.) The mattresses are good quality and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of selections. The one downside to this hotel is the extremely slow elevator, resulting in long waits. June 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Inoperative Elevator and Cramped The service personnel in this location were absolutely excellent but the size of the room and the fact that the elevator did not operate more than it operated, The was nothing in the room to keep beverages cold other than ice cubes from the machine outside the door. Between the ice machine noise and the bells indicating the elevator wasn't working, very hard to relax. Much better accommodations at other Holiday Inn Express facilities. June 17, 2015
