Always friendly, helping you with directions, getting you a wake up call or just making you feel at home. Marion on days, Sandy on afternoons and Danny on nights always go the extra mile.. Dave is always friendly, leads by example and it always shows. Thanks to all for your GREAT customer service. Parking lot could be salted better during this winter season. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place, comfortable, friendly staff I've stayed at plenty of Holiday Inns over the past several years. When in the Cleveland area, I'll choose to stay here. Rooms are clean, staff is great, and the breakfast options are better than the other HIE's I've stayed at. The cinnamon rolls are even fresher too! Quite simply, for the money, they do a great job!! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was rude The hotel was amazing, room was nice and clean, but had issues with the staff. My boyfriends daughter was visiting us at the hotel, so we called down at the desk to see if we could borrow a chair to have enough room for us. They were rude and told my boyfriend that he isn't allowed to have any visitors, even if they do not stay the night. He also said that normally he would have to report us, but he won't say anything this time. Needless to say we did not get the chair. He apologized the next night which was great, but our hopes for the staff was crushed when I called down to the front desk for some towels and the lady rudely told me that I shouldn't have called the front desk and I should know to go outside my room and ask the housekeepers for towels. She said that she was going to send up some towels anyway. The woman who came to the room was even ruder saying, " All you had to do was look outside your door, there are three carts out here,". I was in shock that someone would talk to their guests like that and even apologized to her for inconveniencing her. I don't stay in hotels very often, so I did not realize I was committing a faux pa. The staff could have been a lot more understanding than they were. The rest of the hotel was fantastic, we had a king suite room with a jacuzzi, which of course was great, and the bed was the best I have ever slept on. If it weren't for the staff, It would have been recommending this place to all my friends. January 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy Room was very clean and organized. It did seem a little small. Used the computer room and was able to print what I needed. Grandson used the workout space and said it was great. Shuttle took us over and picked up from the I-X Center. Was very nice! Would stay here again. January 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service What a great experience - I wish I could remember the names of the women at the desk and the gentleman in the early AM who offered us cookies, fruit, coffee in the late afternoon and hot cinnamon roles at 5:00 AM. One of the best Holiday Inns I ever stayed at and I travel often. We had a stressful layover due to flight cxl and they could not have been more accommodating! January 12, 2015
