Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sofa bed was full of dog hair. I made a reservation for a room for 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children. I was given a room with 1 king size bed and one sofa bed. I asked for a different room but was told that they didn't have any other rooms. To top it off the Sofa bed was full of dog hair. Yes, I did want a room that was pet friendly, because I was bringing my dog with me. But seriously, dog hair on a sofa? Not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. One of the worst nights I've had in a supposedly three star hotel. April 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. I was in a lot of pain and the room was great for me to just relax and not be disturbed. The bed was great along with the pillows that helped with my pain. I would stay at this hotel again. Most of my hotel choices are going to be Holiday Inn for now on. April 10, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Over Priced and hard to find. The signs are very hard to see. Even the directional arrow for the direction to the room was wrong. There was a loud mechanical sound through out the night. The night clerk was the only staff at the place and could not leave her post. It was our worst nights stay at a Holiday Inn. Also, only the highest level of IHG Club members receive anything. Our bill was reduced a bit for the noise. Even with the small reduction, the price was outlandish. The price was double that of the Holiday Inn Express NW in Atlanta the night before. April 9, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by lazy service I was traveling for business in Dade City. Arrived late that evening just as the crew changed. The reservation was there and was able to check in. The host advised the computer was acting up a bit and looked a bit anxious that it was taking a while. I was not in a hurry and expressed that to her. I then requested a late check out so I could come back to the room and change out of my suit. My business would have been completed by 11 but i wanted to be covered just incase. The host still having trouble with the computer fiddles with the mouse acting as if she was looking up something and promptly said no. Almost as if she was offended I had even asked. I then asked if I could leave my luggage there to pick up after and was promptly told no again. No I'm sorry sir or maybe let's look into this and see if we can figure something out. The total disregard of my inquiries was insulting. I have never experienced such a lack of courtesy and consideration. The room was freezing when I walked in and the shower drain was clogged. Everything else was as to be expected. April 3, 2015

The hotel was amazingly clean and the staff far exceeded the everyday customer service. The room was very clean, and very spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Its within perfect distance to Tampa, and Homassasa, yet you don't have the crazy hustle and bustle of the city. April 1, 2015

The staff were wonderful as always and the hotel was a travelers dream. Clean, quiet and comfortable are the best words to describe our stay and as always we will use their services in the future.
