Check-in went smoothly and quick. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast area and food was ok, but not fantastic.
I would definitely stay at this location again.

Overall a very nice hotel with exceptional value and amenities. Only issue was with housekeeping and their failure to clean our room, and our friends room. When followed up with front desk we were told cleaning staff may have left by 10:00am and then we were told we had to come down to get the towels we needed. As a person who grew up in the hotel industry this is simply not good service. I would recommend this hotel and would have posted a more positive review if management had followed up with us like we were told they would. Just too many dropped balls in this regard to go unmentioned.

This the best place to stay in Brownfield. The landscaping could use a little TLC, but the interior is nice.

Although satisfied with most every aspect of this hotel, my friend and I were not impressed with the attitude of the employee who greeted us at the front desk. It seemed silly, in my opinion, that "only the IHG member" was allowed to receive a 'welcome bag,' (containing a bottle of water and a bag of chex mix) and not my travelling companion as well. I booked both rooms, and yet because my friend wasn't an IHG member, there was no 'welcome bag' for him. The employee's attitude was curt and, while business-like and professional, was certainly not friendly or welcoming. Another very successful competitor gives welcome bags to each of its arriving guests, regardless of their 'rewards member' status. Otherwise, I have stayed at this hotel now 3 times....it is the nicest one in the area. The room cost, however, was unreasonable, even though on a Friday night.

Nice place for the value. the staff was very nice and the room and parking were well lit. I only have concern about the carpet not being vacuumed very well in my room.
