Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a Happy Customer I stay in this area quite frequently for work. This hotel does not have the run down, over crowded feeling that is common in the oil fields. Much effort goes into keeping things clean and fresh. Miss Yolanda is always very happy and helpful at the front desk. This is a place I will return to when ever I am in the area. February 19, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Brownfield Review The a/c in room 203 is funky -- controlled by the wall unit rather than the thermostat on the wall and very difficult to get right. Still wish for more variety in breakfast and would kill for some Colombian coffee or something rich and bold rather than weak and tasteless. Shower heads leave a lot to be desired, as always. Still not greeted as a Priority Gold customer -- guess they just don't do that in Brownfield! Hot tub is okay, but jets splash upward too much and don't go outward enough. Lighting over the hot tub is too dim and cannot be adjusted by guests. Workout facility could benefit from a few hand weights. Finally, the Interet access code changes too often and has characters that are confusing -- like Os or 0s. But the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. February 4, 2013
