Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, but... We stayed at this hotel for a few nights over Christmas while visiting our children. The room was nice, clean and roomy. The staff was very friendly towards us! We thought the room was a little over-priced and the continental breakfast was very average, at best. Other than that, our stay at this property was an enjoyable experience. January 2, 2013

As we are both Platinum status, we were upgraded to suites with fireplaces & hot tubs, kitchenette and king size beds - thanks to the wonderful manager on duty! Had to be up & @ work @ 7:00 a.m., so didn't really get to enjoy this place as much as I would have liked. Again, the manager on duty was exceptional. The room was clean & neat, the bed was really comfortable, the TV's were nice. I got a great night's sleep. The fireplace was a nice touch. Can't comment on the breakfast, didn't have time to eat there. Would definitely stay here again ! December 20, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Requires Updating and Cleaning This property seems very run down and dirty. First room smelled like dirty ash tray and second attempt at a fresh room was not much better. It was too late to worry about switching properties and I used points to facilitate stay, so I stayed despite my displeasure with the room/property. Will not return/recommend. December 6, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smoke Free? Barking dog? We have stayed at many Holiday-Inn Expresses over the last 5 years, and generally have been pleased with our experience. This property was disappointing as we were lodging next to a barking dog. Secondly after returning from dinner, the hallway to our first floor room had an odd smoke smell. Suspect something illegal. Complaint to staff, resulted in an apology and that's it. We won't be staying at this facility again. December 1, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My family was here for my Mother's funeral. My family was here for my Mother's funeral. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, consideration and understanding during this difficult time was very much appreciated. Our rooms were cleaned and serviced, breakfast was hot and fresh and the front desk was always warm and smiling. Thank so you for being so kind and for making us feel so welcomed. October 25, 2012
