Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Partiers interupted sleep Guests next door were up late (02:00) and had no regard for other guests sleep. Complained to front desk twice. The front desk clerk claimed that she called the room twice. We were provided an alternate room (at 02:45). The hotel also gave us a $20 discount. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have enjoyed our stay each time. The staff and amenities have always been excellent. The rooms are always clean and orderly. This stay was disappointing because the staff on duty would not address the situation with the loud guest but rather inconvenience a regular customer. May 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We'd stay again! My husband and I with another couple were traveling a motorcycle road trip. We spent the night here and found it to be a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel and the pleasantness of the staff made us feel at home. After being on the bikes all day, we were glad that there was a restaurant, Bob Evans, within easy walking distance (basically next door). The breakfast offered many good choices. If we're ever in the area again, this would be where we'd stay. May 16, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fire Alarm The Hotel was recently remodeled, so most of it was pretty nice. However, here are a few issues: Rooms on the third floor are "smoke free" but the rooms still smell like cigarette smoke. Fire alarm went off the last two nights I stayed there at 5:45am. Apparently both were because someone was taking a "Very Hot Shower". They said they were investigating... I just hope it doesn't happen again. There are no power outlets. I usually have to unplug the cordless phone (not sure why you need a cordless phone in your room) to plug in my phone charger because the "extra outlet" on the phone power adapter has only worked in one of the rooms I have stayed in. Be sure to plug the cordless phone back in or it will start beeping in the middle of the night. The showers squeal and I have had only one shower drain that actually works properly. The pool is pretty small. The treadmill was broken for the first three weeks I stayed there and now the Spa is broken. At least the rooms are clean, although there are some things they missed when remodeling (paint overspray, black marks on the ceiling, poor wall patches, misaligned seams in the wallpaper. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room Traveling for business, I found this hotel room to be clean and generally comfortable. I did not use the pool or workout facility so can not comment on them. The room provides a small microwave and a refrigerator that would be useful on a longer stay. Breakfast was good, but would have liked more variety of fruit (no bananas) and hours extended for late risers. The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. March 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Driving farther for a nicer stay Myself and another employee from are company stay in hotels from April to December as needed to do are job. This year we decided to not follow the norm and stay only at hotels that want are business and keep clean and comfortable rooms even if this means not staying where the hotel is closer the job. This month we are driving a extra 30min in the morning so we can stay more comfortable than chooseing a hotel closer to the job. Holiday Inn express has accomplished that task and also gives us the feeling they want us back unlike thier competitor who last year we stayed at for most of the year. What a waste of time in hind sight. Thanks to all the employees at Bucyrus Ohio we are hopeing the next location will have a Holiday Inn Express also. March 22, 2013

I left behind a shaving kit with important medicine, and the manager promtly securred it and sent it back to me in short order. My first room assignment was slightly musty and the desk quiockly changed me to a better room.A nice new, clean HI Express with excellet staff. March 13, 2013
