Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome building. Not awesome mold. The building was beautiful. The breakfast area was so inviting and grand. The breakfast choices were stellar. Not just fake scrambled eggs, but real ones. Pancakes were a bit overcooked. But still, best voices of any HI Express I've seen. However, my experience was tempered when I chose to take a bath rather than my usual shower. There was mold around the clear washcloth rack in the shower and under the plate beneath the faucet. I've never taken a tub bath in a HI Express before. I hope they aren't all this way. October 14, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Really? I have stayed at this hotel for years. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. However, not sure what is happening, but my room reservation has been messed up several times this year. Last visit, no recognition of my priority club, wrong type of room, and just very disorganized. Hopefully this will be improved in the future. October 14, 2014
