Very nice people but I stayed in the smallest room that I ever seen .Traveling with my wife and we both had to open the suitcases in the top of the bed due to the lack of space .I have never been in such a small room specially being a Platinum Member . I thought I deserve a little better .... Too bad because the staff is very nice . No more Holiday Inn at Puerto Madero . March 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Start ruins whole experience Had the staff give me the run around on helping me out with reducing cost of a missed night, due to missed connections. Understand it wasn't an expectation but was told something would be done...but realized in the end that it was just to get me to leave the front desk. Room was ok, location was not bad and breakfast was good except for the juices which felt off. March 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location! I loved staying in this hotel because it was conveniently located, at walking distance from main touristic places and restaurants. The only think that I would recommend to improve is the breakfast, it was always the same and it gets boring fast. The same kind of eggs everyday, the same style of bacon, the same fruits. I would recommend to mix it every day, I had stayed in other HI Express hotels and they would use variations for the eggs and alternate fruit and bread options. March 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One of best Holiday Inn Express we've stayed in Having just stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Fort Lauderdale as a pre-cruise overnight where it was a very basic business stopover hotel, the one in Puerta Madero exceeded our expectations big time, and at half the price we paid. The staff at reception was most helpful and breakfast offers a great selection. The location is one of the highlights....close to everything. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff Outside of hotel neat and clean. Met by bellhop soon as pulled up, check in was a breeze. Front desk staff set up two tours for us that were both excellent. They also advised on sights to see and near by attractions all of which were great. Room was clean and peaceful. Air conditioner worked very well -much better than a competitors hotel we were in two weeks before. Transportation to airport was set up by hotel and that went smoothly as well. Hotel is located close to a most excellent restaurant / historic dock area and is close to subway and shopping. Would stay there again instantly. February 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Staff The hotel front desk staff were very helpful in handling a problem we had with the key card lock on room door. In addition they seem to go out of their way in helping us with directions, calling for a taxi, safeguarding our valuables, and watching our luggage. They were very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay there again. February 4, 2015
