The staff was not very friendly and needs to welcome Priority Club Members at check-in. A ditty bag would be helpful, with bottled water, snacks, etc.
Breakfast needs to be a better choice. some travelers are gluten intolerant and need special items. MOre choice of fresh fruit.
A feezer with ice cream bars would be a nice addition for warm summer months.

The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. However, the whole hotel was without hot water for showers. There was no explanation, or offer of discount, or applolgy

We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel and that is why we chose this hotel. This hotel was a bit dated but was fine for the overnight stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable. But, when we checked in, the desk agent did not recognize Priority Club Status nor were we greeted in a welcoming manner. The trash near the entrance was overflowing. The carpets in the hallways, elevator and breakfast area were filthy, and really detracted from an otherwise nice-looking property. When we went to breakfast in the morning, they were out of most food including cinnamon rolls, yogurt, eggs, coffee, hot food and juice. We waited 15 minutes, and while there was a person trying to restock, they were so far behind there was still not much to chose from and no coffee. We left and went elsewhere (and paid) for breakfast. The front desk clerk told me we weren't the first to complain about breakfast. Management needs to pay some serious attention to this property, because it could be very nice.

Lately quite a few choices in Buffalo, this is the best one by far. Convenient to both freeways, great dining right across the road, and friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Can't beat it for the price, and one few still honoring the government negotiated rate. Stay here everytime I pass through and need a bed.
