I liked the happy hour, the room was very nice (& thanks for the Platinum recognition & upgrade#! The Wi-Fi bandwidth was very nice & very fast - and worked great in the lobby / lounge area. My room at the very end of the 1st floor had a weaker Wi-Fi signal & I had to log back in a few times #forgot to mention while I was there - maybe just add another repeater?) April 14, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IHG/Holiday Inn Express Earlier in the week I called IHG to utilize my Priority Club Rewards points. I spoke with a customer service representative and supposedly had my rate reduced by using my points. However, when I checked in my rate hadn't been changed. Because of the separation between IHG and HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS make sure you have a confirmation number if points are being used. I spent an hour on the phone for nothing and the front desk clerk wasn't hearing any of what I was saying. Overall I was very dissatisfied with his everything went down. April 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convienient location We were tired of the car, and trying to find things, so the location right behind 2 restaurants made finding diner just a matter of a short walk! Typical Holiday Inn Express, nice room with a fridge and microwave, but no ice machine with the soda and candy machines, I am guessing a hike to another floor would result in finding the machine, but we didn't really worry with it. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff! The night staff was kind enough to help us as we just drove over 12 hours in wind, rain, hail, ice and you name it ..... We had an "Elf on the Shelf" emergency and the night staff just took it over and handled it. We had a nice note under our door in the morning, addressed to our girls, and a hidden elf in the breakfast area awaiting their visit. We were so tired out and your staff just took the "elf" and made it happen. THANK YOU! December 30, 2013

We had a nice Breakfast every morning and in the evening there is Wine or Beer and a Hot Snack. Like a 5 Star Hotel, only more homey. The place is so clean, you can see every one is dedicated and taking pride in their Hotel. I would recommend this Hotel, if one is visiting Burleson, TX. December 9, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Care The maids left cleaning material (feather duster and rags) in the room after they cleaned. They also did not throw away empty bottles. They left a dirty wash cloth on the bathtub. The staff is still very friendly an helpful but the maid stuff cannot be overlooked. This is usually one of my favorite hotels but not the last trip.. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful! Smoking room when nonsmoking requested This was an awful experience for my family! I had booked/requested a nonsmoking room & noted that we were arriving late. The only room left was a smoking room. It smelled awful. We couldn't even circulate air because the AC was broken. We had to crack open the window but that left us cold because it was the first evening that a cold front had come thru Texas. My nephew ended up coughing for days! We didn't rest much and left as early as we could so that we could stop breathing in the nasty smell. We paid to much for the little rest and miserable experience. Be careful to choose this place. We could not make advance reservations, as we could not depart until I got home from work, and we never know what Austin traffic will be like on the way up I-35, so the ability to make a late reservation with Priority Club amenities was of inestimable value to us. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful Staff We have stayed at this hotel twice, both times we had fantastic service from the staff at the Burleson hotel. This last time we returned from dropping our son of at TCU to a drunken individual passed out cold in the hall right outside of our room. The manager handled the incident promptly and with an extreme patience. The rest of our stay was quiet. The hotel offers a pretty good breakfast spread and it is clean and comfortable. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad night There was a t-ball team staying there the same night as i stayed, the parents of them were having to good of a time partying in the lobby when you first walked in With beer and bottles of boozes all over the place, Kids were up an down the hallways till two in the morning, With young kids unsupervised in the swimming pool. But the staff was very nice an the rooms were nice. Just didnt care for the partying going on in the lobby. August 11, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Best I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express in the last year and this was the worst. I arrived late and needed to sleep in at least to 9:30 am but was woke up by the beating on my door by housekeeping. I really did not think I would need to post the do not disturb sign since I was allowed to stay until the 11:00 am check out. I have never experienced this at other hotels. The breakfast, since I did wake up earlier than I planned, was not that good. And lastly I expected my bill under my door as a Priority Cub member not a hugh deal but when I went to the front desk the printer wasn't working either. May 5, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel I stayed 4 nights in early March. Clean room with king size bed. Difficult to get comfortable with AC/heat controlled on window unit...not with wall thermostat. Breakfast was ok, but could be better...eggs tasted like they are cooked in microwave. Only fruit available are bananas. Coffee/yogurt are excellent... Local newspaper/USA today available. My girlfriend and I use it as a getaway and have had the absolute best time in this hotel. The service has been excellent, the rooms clean and the staff friendly. Almost feels like a second home now. This last weekend we did a late checkout and when we left the housekeeping ladies were sitting outside the room waiting for us to leave as we were holding them up from doing their job. We waited till the last minute to leave and were greeted with three smiling and giggling women. They could probably see the love in our eyes. That moment capped a great weekend for us and we look forward to going back and making some more memories! March 15, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom It would have been nice to know ahead of time how to get the shower to work. The fact that the front desk keeps a tub spigot in the drawer, speaks for itself. Wouldn't hurt to leave a laminated instu=ruction sheet in the bathroom. December 5, 2012
