Holiday Inn is typically a great place to stay but i was quite dissapointed in this place. Mostly because the day desk service was less than helpful. The room was clean, a little outdated and need of some TLC, but clean.

Would recommend to anyone. This hotel is very clean and has a very professional staff. there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast was fresh and very well maintained.

Since 1998 I have stayed an average of 200 nights per year in hotels. The majority have been IHG group properties. The entire time I have never been required to provide a personal credit card on company paid rooms. THIS IS THE ONLY hotel that required this on check in (today). I have stayed here for weeks and have never been asked for a personal credit card number. The clerk explained someone from my company violated the pet policy and didn't pay the clean up charge . I KNOW this is false because I would have been informed of this. I refuse to be exploited by these practices and will direct my entire company to never return to this hotel.

We always choose to stay at Holiday Inn Express when in Burlington ,Nc. The entire staff are courteous,the facility is always tidy and food offerings are very good. rooms are modern,clean and comfortable.One lacks for nothing.

The room was fine until about 5am when the person putting out the papers or putting bills under the door went down the hall on her cell phone speaking as loud as she could. I would think that she would realize that guests were sleeping and have some consideration for their comfort. I took me over a hour to get back to sleep and that is what I came there to do.

We've stayed here twice and have been very satisfied. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of choices offered. The staff is courteous & very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. It is a good value for the money.
