Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by will stay again We have stayed here before on our journey from Huntsville AL to Nags Head, NC. Perfect location for a stop - very well cared for facility, friendly staff. Breakfast area has ample seating, but the location of the food makes it a little cumbersome to access when there is a crowd of people - this does not take away from the total experience, we certainly appreciate the complementary breakfast. Would stay here again if traveling through this area. July 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Desk staff needs assistance After being on the road for many days and hours we were looking forward to be able to relax in the hotel and wanted to get to the room as quickly as possible. It was 7:30 pm. However, when we got to the front desk there was a sign that said "Away for a moment helping other guests". We waited and we waited and we waited. After 15 minutes passed the front doors opened and there were both front desk attendants, outside smoking. So they weren't helping other guests but rather on a smoke break. The most irritating part of this is that we walked right by them and they still did not enter to assist. They did apologize. The room was okay. Since the air conditioner was noisey we could not hear any other noise in the hotel. Maybe that was good I don't really know. The breakfast was standard fair and not better or worse than other chain hotels. Some fruit would be nice. July 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay At Burlington,NC H.I. An H.I. staff person, Keosha, was instrumental in my decision to book my stay at the Burlington, NC H.I.E., for a family reunion. There were other hotels closer to the venue but Keosha sold me on the hotel in which she worked. She was friendlier than the staff contacted at other hotels in the area. Her description of the workout room and the complimentary breakfast did it. Unfortunately she was off the days I stayed and did not get a chance to meet nor thank her. This customer was very satisfied with the stay. As a former customer service manager, I would rate the overall performance as very good. July 14, 2015
