Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Efficient Desk help and great value So nice to pull in and walk to the desk to find a person who knows thier business, thier facility and the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and nice the breakfast is all you could ask for and the staff treats you right. I travel four days a week and once a month at least through the Burlington, NC area. Holiday Inn Express at Long Pine Rd is where I am staying May 6, 2013

When I checked in, my room was locked with the security lock and the front desk attendant had to come up with a tool and unlock it. It was a pain to have to go down and get the front desk attendant. When I came back on my second day my key cards would not work. I had to go back down to the desk and have them reactivated. That was a pain too. I was a little put out that the front desk attendant did not even say "so sorry for your inconvenience". My pillows were a little used and should have been replaced. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good and plenty and the area is kept clean. April 12, 2013
