Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent I have worked myself as a Guest relations Manager in the past.I was very disappointed during the breakfast,it was a chaos and didn't have enough pastries.I waited for croissants and was told they are in the over but never arrived. Fruit was missing,and it was very hot in the lobby area.They had air conditioning system but wasn't working properly.Hotel management need to make arrangements for proper ventilation system in the bar/lobby area. In addition to this, i was very pleased in the comfort of check in. We booked 4 rooms together and arrived around 1am, i had called the reception 2 hours before that we will be around 1am.When we arrived receptionist was very friendly and he had everything ready for us and we were in the room with in 3-4 minutes of arriving at the hotel.I dont know his name i think his name was Ian(if am not wrong,usually works in the kitchen). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wardrobe We always enjoy our stays at your hotels but we now find that the re furbishing at most of these is very good but we would like to have covered wardrobes and some draws as opposed to just open shelves. We found the breakfast choice was not very good and could be improved by more variety. August 14, 2014

Having Coeliac Disease I know that when I book they will cater for my requirements without my having to phone ahead. They always have a list of Gluten Free options ready for me at each meal. Even there are so few of them, the services provided is always top notched! The breakfast should have more varieties and the main disappointment will be the coffee. The dinner selection are comprehensive but the taste requires lot of improvement as it taste as though it was from canned food and then reheated before serving. August 5, 2014

We stayed here for 3 nights last week.From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and a smile (always nice after a long journey) The room was a lovely size,I had the double bed and my young son had the sofa bed,both were very comfortable with ample pillows. The bathroom was lovely and clean with plenty of towels. Plenty of space for all our clothes and belongings. We had a room over the motorway but by simply closing the window the traffic noise was eliminated. Really good nights sleep. Breakfast was really nice,a really good choice of food and it was FREE!! We didn't use the bar so can't comment on that. All round a really nice hotel with really nice staff. And the icing on the cake FREE WIFI. August 5, 2014
