Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wi-Fi The hotel's computers were down when I arrived and could not check in. I had to leave and come back later. My stay was three nights and the Wi-Fi never worked. The room was clean, but housekeeping was "hit & miss" on replacing the shampoo, conditioner, coffee and cups/glasses. February 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Very, Pleasing Experience The hotel had a wonderful location which provided access to gas and food for guests. It was located close to the interstate on which I was traveling. The staff was courtesy, friendly, and helpful. I was greeted as a reward member and given a room on the third floor. Traveling alone makes me a little wary, but i felt very safe and secure in this facility. I will try to stay at this hotel on future trips and would recommend to anyone who requires a great night's sleep feeling safe and secure. February 3, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wifi Holiday Inn is a national chain that advertises free Wi-Fi. Which is one of the reason I selected this hotel. I needed to work that afternoon. When I checked in I was told that the Wi-Fi was not working. I asked how long it was going to be out and the clerk just shrugged her shoulders. I asked if there was an Ethernet connection in the room. She replied "I guess so". So we checked in and no Ethernet in the room. I walked back down and inquired how long the internet was out and she said "3 days". Okay 3 days in my opinion is too long for a national chain to not repair the Wi-Fi. Every question I asked the clerk she just shrugged her shoulders. Terrible help and customer service. February 3, 2016

I have stayed many times at this hotel and have had a great experience. The staff is wonderful. If you advertise wifi it should be available. I can't believe it takes that long to get it right. I've had same thing in my own home and was back up very quickly. January 21, 2016
