When we walked in we were greeted by the two most friendliest women at the front desk. they were also very helpful with getting the best price for the room. We especially liked how clean and fresh the hotel was. We will definitely stay there again. November 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Caddo Valley - One of the Best Stays I've Had This hotel was excellent. The team members here were awesome, and I felt completely comfortable at this hotel. It was clean, safe and secure, and the team made you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel. I travel frequently, and sometimes it's hard for me to sleep because something is "off" with the hotel. This was definitely not the case here. I slept very peacefully and soundly. November 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Frankjh We were traveling from St Louis to Houston and needed a place to stay. The ratings online looked promising. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly person and everything looked well kept. What I saw upon arrival, was a clean lobby and no odors. We slept on a king bed and our sleep was very restful. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent . I liked the fact that the yogurt didn't have artificial sweeteners. November 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Manager on duty refused to Membership for an upgrade I visited this particular hotel for a one night visit Memorial Day weekend 2015, checking in on Saturday and out on Sunday. Before checking in I checked the website to see if there were any available rooms to upgrade to and there were. While checking in, I inquired to the Manager duty that I would like to upgrade my room if there were any availabilities. He stated that they were not offering upgrades because of the weekend. My problem is that, I checked in at 3pm. If no rooms had been reserved by 3pm then there was a good chance that they were not going to be filled that night. Plus, by upgrading me to another room would have left the room I'd previously reserved available. At the time I was a Platinum member. I've since advanced to Spire Elite. This experience in "Arkadelphia" Arkansas made me seriously think about showing my dedication to another hotel group. November 4, 2015
