Employees were outstanding. Guest rooms and dining area were very clean. Will stay here again. It was a very busy weekend for them and I had problems with the 1-800 # making promises that the hotel was not able to keep but the manager helped us through it. This was the second time the 1-800 holiday number has made promises the hotels could not honor. I recommend booking through the hotels them self. This property is outstanding.

Rooms were clean. Giant indoor pool, indoor hot tub, and sauna. Pretty impressive facility. My family stayed here on our trip from Louisville to Austin, and were glad we picked this hotel. The staff was very friendly to our kids as well.

I booked a King suite and the staff said that they had no upgrades available. When I found out that there was an Executive King available and questioned the front desk staff, the staff blatently said that it was the owner's policy to never upgrade to those rooms even if available because they can make more renting them.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel, July 4, 2013. A very nice hotel, very clean rooms and comfortable beds, the staff was very helpful and nice. The breafast was very good, many items to choose from. The hotel is very close, to Lake DeGray, which was a plus for us, since we were there to visit our children and grandchildren, whom were camping, just down the road at the state park. Excellent place to stay, and play at the Lake. We will stay here again, for sure.

Spent the night on my way to Texas. The room was large enough for my wife and me and two grand kids and the dining room had plenty of tables. Very accessible from the freeway and close to gas stations and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Even facing the truck stop, we heard little street or truck noise. Very accessible to restaurant and mini markets just across the street. Definitely stay there again.

We had only planned on going to DeGray Lake but decided to stay the night. We choose Holiday Inn and were very pleased. The staff were exceptional friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and overall very nice. The breakfast the next morning was GREAT! We will be back!!! We were traveling with 5 children and to say they were family friendly would be an understatement! I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!!!!

We've been going between Ohio & San Antonio, TX every 6 mos for the last 13 years. We ALWAYS stay at Holiday Inns. We used to stay at the old one in Arkadelphia for years until it was sold. We haven't stayed in the last several years because we didn't know you had built a new one here! This was our first stay in your new facility & it's absolutely fabulous! Beautiful, tastefully decorated, welcoming & knowlegable staff, & excellent breakfasts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stop again next time through.
The only negative comment I have is your pet deposit of $50 is very steep! We've never had to pay that much before in any other hotel! We've had $25-$35.00 on average. And don't call it a Pet "Deposit"......call it a Pet "fee". A deposit is returned if there is no damage to the room! And maybe you should have someone check the rooms before checkout & then refund it! It doesn't cost a penny more for a small pet to stay in the room w/owners. Most are probably cleaner than children!!!! And with more & more people traveling with their furry friends, hotels should consider this!

Outstanding Hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Smooth check-& professional service: thanks Gerri. I phoned the front desk for directions to the nearest hospital due to a medical emergency. Clint gave me directions and by the time I came downstairs, he had the hospital address written on a post-it note. He asked if everything was ok when we returned, AWESOME! Also, Tanya on the front desk staff was SUPERB! And finally, Celia made morning breakfast worth waking up to. Overall excellent stay. Facilities are well kept and clean. Décor is nice also.

We stayed here and enjoyed our stay. The staff was great very helpfu. The breakfast was great there was a variety of items to chose from. This was just a short drive to Garven Gardens and Hot Springs. Also close to all the lakes. We had a great time will stay again when we are in the area. The only thing that we were not happy about was some grown men playing with a volley ball in the parking lot, whrere we parked our car. We had to move it because they would knock the ball into our car or fall against it. Another couple also had to move there car. I think they were staying there and working in the area. Because they were there every day about the same time also . One of them would use a rock to hold the back door open where they could run in and out the back, which I thought was dangerous.

I will never stay at this holiday inn express here in caddo valley! The customer service was horrid and unprofessional... The manager was very rude and really offended me by asking about my religion when she was upset..with that being said, I will never stay or recommend this location to anyone! However, the room was very clean thanks to the housekeeping..they did an amazing job

This hotel is beautiful and up to date! I will say that the toilet in the room was loose so every time you sat down you felt like you were going to be thrown off! Room was clean.

Upon arrival there was an issue with our room, however the manager came and addressed it personally, and switched our room with ease. The beds were comfortable and we had a peaceful night sleep. The hotel was booked with young adults from a school, however that did not impede on our stay.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We arrived late and the desk clerk was prompt and got us on our way quickly. The breakfast was wonderful...they had bacon which I truly appreciate, most of the Holiday Inn Express locations have sausage. The lady handling the breakfast was very nice and accomodating.

We found our visit at this Holiday as comfortable as we expected. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the food delicious. The desk staff where helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this location.

Unlike most of the clientele, we were not in the area for fun.We were there to bury my beloved mother-in-law. The period of time we were working with coinsided with the Rebel Stakes. There were no available rooms in Hot Springs, and two other hotels graciously pointed us in your direction. We were able to secure six rooms for our family. The situation was such that we had to delay our reservations three different times. The staff was so gracious and understanding of our circumstances.They never once got impatient with me during the process. When we arrived, we were treated like royalty. That the hotel is located across the street from the Cracker Barrel was a big plus for us. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and for being such a great team. It is in times like these that great customer service really shines.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Caddo Vally Holiday Inn Express. The hotel still smelled new and everything was clean and neat. I love the sauna and hot tub. The beds were comfortable. I'm not real crazy about the holiday inn express soap and shampoo and I wish the breakfast would include chocolate milk. Overall great stay.

Despite my sudden arrival and lack of a reservation, the gentleman at the counter, Mark, took the time to meet my request for a quiet room on the top floor- away from the interstate and gas station. He was very courteous while he looked at room availability and was able to find one of the quietest rooms in the hotel. He was also kind enough to check my new priority card # to see if it was active. He even made the effort to ask me how I liked the room on several occasions when he would see me in the lobby. Thanks to his efforts, I had one of the quietest stays at a hotel in a while.

The newest (and therefore best) place in town. It is so new it still smells new. Usual great breakfast and a very quiet, easy to adjust AC/Heater unit. Stay at this place.

great hotel, very nice and clean. The staff was somewhat rude, distracted, unhelpful and disinterested. If I'm going to pay money for a room, I at least want an acknowledgement from staff.

Nice, new facility with comfortable beds....I love that the pillows are labeld "soft" & "firm", However, check in was a bit slow, since one of the desk clerks was taking a smoke break while 4 people waited in line.

We were so glad to find this Holiday Inn had power. It is our favorite hotel chain. We know we will have a good night sleep and it is always safe.
The staff was fully informed of the weather and were of great help to us.

My husband and I spent a restless night listening to noise every time the AC and the refrigerator kicked on. Our room was located on the first floor which has it's own noise to deal with, but the appliances in room 103 must be old and in need of repair. I mentioned our lack of rest to Judy when we checked out and she acted like she didn't hear me. She may need a refresher course in the Holiday Inn Hospitality Promise: If any part of your stay is not satisfactory, they promise to make it right or you won't pay for that part of your stay. I would say sleep was the primary reason we were there. We still had to pay the full amount which was higher than usual due to an event at the college that weekend. A full house meant we couldn't switch rooms, so I was expecting to pay less when I checked out.

The hotel is new and beautiful! Loved every piece of he property but service needs work! The main thing was housekeeping. Don't get me wrong, everything was clean but having someone start vacuuming outside your door at 8:00am on a Saturday morning is horrible! THEN even though we were not checking out for another day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am wanting to clean the room. Seriously, who wants their room cleaned that early on a Saturday morning?

Have stayed here before and it was very nice. This last time the bed linen was dirty and I was told that there was no clean linen for that size bed. Explanation given was that there had been a large group there and linen had not been washed. Thoils should not be in a hotel of this size. In all fairness was moved to another room.

Room was not clean, had to request new sheets for fold-out sofa, 2nd day room did not even get cleaned except for the trash being taken out, dog on main floor barked all the time and nobody from management did anything about it, night manager very disconnected from customers, one morning night manager ran counter and breakfast bar.... terrible experience for all, this is not typical for Holiday Inn Express, but definitely typical for this one; this is my second stay there and the first was just as bad.
