I stay once a month for 4 days in this hotel. I have had awesome experience from the moment I step in the hotel with the nice staff, to the large room, comfortable bed, nice desk, flat TV and finally good breakfast (american standards) and friendly staff in the kitchen. Highly recommend it at least for business travellers.

We were greeted with the best staff i have ever talked to in a hotel. not only were they wonderful the day we checked in but everyone that worked while we were there was awesome. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were also very clean. I would and will tell people that it is a great place to stay.

Since I'd stayed here a few other times recently, the staff welcomed me by name which was a nice touch. I had a nice upgraded room with a Jaccuzi on the 9th floor. Breakfast is the standard fare, but good enough to satisfy. The front desk even took care of receiving a package for me when I was unavailable. Overall I've been very impressed with this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as were the beds. We had a very good night's sleep. The car park is included in the rates and the underground parking was a very nice touch as it was below zero for the whole time we were there.
The gym was a little small for my needs; they have a bike, treadmill and a cross-trainer. The equipment was not what I expected and as a result, we ended up going to a local gym instead. The breakfast is a good way to get a quick start in the morning, but it was very basic. among other things, they had breads (bagels, muffins and very tasty cinnamon buns);milk yoghourt, juice and of course coffee. We didn't try the eggs or bacon.
Housekeeping was awesome! Always came back to a clean fresh room after a long day of visiting with family and friends. Nothing was ever amiss.
We stayed at this hotel in the past and always return as it is central and close to a variety of affordable restaurants. The c-train is only a couple of blocks away and we always find that handy when commuting downtown. We always felt that no request is too big, which was appreciated.
All in all a nice hotel in a good location; with parking, breakfast and WiFi included it was pretty good deal considering the location.
