There is always a good energy and a smile waiting for me when I come and go. Rooms are fantastic and very clean. Everyone goes out of there way to make sure my stay is as comfortable as possible. If you want to go to a hotel and be treated like a number then you should stay somewhere else because here, they treat you like family :) February 6, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bed was great . jet tub was super . shower should be bigger it has the space All was good until later that night .the ac/heater unit let off huge bang woke me at first I thought it fell out it did that 4 to 5 times that night couldn't sleep that night I was very happy with hotel before but when taking to staff they gave me a run around about how they sometimes do that when it's cold outside well I used to install these units long time ago if they were doing this they would be out in a flash send back to LG . My girlfriend was talking to someone else too about this problem they said they same but wasn't that loud as ours I hope this has help you . The lack of sleep cost me a trip Bros I had to drive 10 hrs to bush over 800 kms I'm busy and I like to stay in nice hotels that way I can spoil myself once in awhile have to say I think I'm not going to use holiday Inn next time .. unless they spoiled me with great offers hahaha good things like that won't come my way thanks reading if that happens now days with everything going through the computer. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An American in Calgary I had to come to Calgary for two consecutive weeks on business and booked this hotel after a horrible stay at an IHG property closer to the city. My work was on 17th Ave SW. I had remembered staying at this hotel in 2013 and decided to give them another try, although it would put me 15 kilometers farther away. Upon arrival I was pleased to see that I had been upgraded to an Executive King Suite. From the moment I arrived until my stay ended every member of the staff went out of their way to make this a terrific experience. While the breakfast items are standard for a Holiday Inn Express, the dining area was always well maintained and stocked. I had one minor negative event occur but it was handled by the Hotel Manager to my satisfaction. Thanks to everyone there for a great stay!! January 28, 2016
