Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room but poor service. We leaves some tips and linen change card on bed for two days during our stay, Housekeeping didn't change any of our bed sheet. Complained with front desk, they explained that housekeeper probably don't understand English. Is that a good reason? By the way, the housekeeper on our floor was Maria. The good parts of this hotel is they have a bonus point roulette at the front desk. But they didn't ask me to spin until I checked out. The front desk guy was suprised they didn't ask me to spin that roulette when I was checking in. I was confused as well. May 12, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by hot water I am not a complainer. I didn't go to the front desk and raise a fuss. I like the hotel and will go back, but, During our last stay, my wife got up at 0600 and there was no hot water. At 0700 there was still no hot water so she called the front desk and they said they were not aware and would take care of it. At 0800 there was still no hot water so she called again and was told the manager had been notified and was coming in. Why it took so long to get the boss involved tells me there needs to be a better system in place to deal with this type of problem. At 0900 we had hot water and were about 1 hour late leaving. I expect a clean, comfortable room and a hot shower, half the expectation was met. It would also help if the staff offered an apology for the inconvenience. May 8, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely friendly and helpful staff This hotel is one and a half blocks from the subway exit. I took mass transit from the airport directly to the Holiday Inn. I was able to use mass transit my whole vacation. Never rented a car! Quiet room and friendly staff. Thank you Guys! April 25, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at Holiday Inn Express during Marathon Bombing week The hotel staff handled the whole stay in an excellent manner. Even though the town was locked down and there was a police presense everyone at the hotel felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast meal service and food was excellent. The staff directed anyone that needed to go out where to go and how to get there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would rebook this hotel in the future when I return to Boston. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent - Value for money close to Public Transport This was our second stay in just over a week at this hotel. Our first was just one night, this was three. Excellent and very welcoming check in staff. Lovely clean room. Breakfast was always pleasant experience. This hotel is only 5 mins walk from Letchmere Station at the end of the Green Line and 10 mins walk form the Cambridge Galleria Mall with a good food court. You can also pick one of the Boston/ Cambridge/Harvard tours at this Galleria wwhich you can use to get into Boston, at a mosre leisurely pace. Excellent hotel and only a short drive to Loagan AIrport. April 17, 2013
